The idea was to create an experience of being up in the trees and close to nature. Welcome to your cozy retreat in the West End of Downtown Greenville! This newly constructed, detached garage studio near the up and coming West End Village, Unity Park, and downtown offers easy access to the city's best entertainment, boutique shops, and vibrant food scene. Enjoy a queen-sized memory foam bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dedicated dining area. High-speed Wi-Fi and a smart TV are included. Perfect for a peaceful escape with all the comforts you need for a memorable stay.

The Cottage at Old Oaks Farm

Built in the early 1900's, this serene cottage is located approximately one mile from Furman University at the base of Paris Mt. It has been lovingly improved, but the floors are a bit slanted and no corner is exactly square. Located in a neighborhood on a five acre farm, it consists of three large rooms, comfortably furnished and lots of natural light. The cottage is convenient to downtown Greenville(5 miles),Travelers Rest, Furman, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. No pet fee or cleaning fee.

A cozy get-away just outside of charming Travelers Rest. Located off Hwy 25. Close to both Furman and North Greenville Universities. Come and enjoy the Swamp Rabbit Trail and the surrounding Greenville area. Both Greenville (GSP), and Asheville (AVL), airports are within 45 minutes. You can be in Hendersonville, NC, in 20 minutes, Asheville, in 40. The Cherokee Foothills Scenic Hwy 11 is a few miles down the road. Very peaceful and private setting. Owners are through the woods.

We are minutes to Furman University, Bob Jones University, North Greenville University and Clemson University is only 45 minutes away. We are tucked away open top of Paris Mountain.
