Foletti's Barn is a cosy retreat. The perfect place to stop, relax, and leave the everyday behind for a few days. We are located in town, a short distance from Victoria Park and just a few minutes walk to beautiful Lake Daylesford, a good stroll in to the centre for shopping and food. The barn is positioned back on the property overlooking trees giving it a wonderful secluded feel. Please be aware that Foletti's Barn is not set up or safe for children or infants.

We are very proud of this property as its remained in the family for over 60 years and was home to three Newstead locals who were a big part of the community. At the property you will spot a variety of native birds especially families of Blue Wren's. The birds and native wildlife have been cherished and loved by the owners so visit the garden and feed the birds to keep the tradition alive.
