Great house … they thought of everything… Kleenex ….plastic bags and foil….seasonings…..all the little things you need and usually have to bring.

Really enjoyed our stay at Charlie & Emily’s. Fantastic location for a Fort Collins visit. The house is really comfortable, clean, and we enjoyed cruising around on the bikes. Very nice and helpful hosts, lots of very nice extra touches (games, recommendations, beverages) that made our stay more relaxing. Would definitely stay again!

The house was GREAT!!!! It was very clean and spacious. The king size bed was so comfortable and we loved the pillows. The street that the house is on (Mountain) is beautiful and very quiet. We loved looking out the big windows and watching all the people walking their dogs. The house was so close to Old Town that we walked everywhere. It is even close enough to CSU to walk there too. We will definitely stay at this house again when we go back to FOCO.

We used the place as our base station for us for my niece's wedding. Clean and nice. Neighbor across the street has a day care and the kids were loud during short outdoor play but we didn't mind it. We have had kids that went through day care and noise and play are part of life. We'll probably stay next time we visit my nieces in Windsor. Bruce communicates well to us.

Our stay was wonderful! Daniel and Dee are ideal hosts! Their place exceeded our expectations! If we find ourselves back in this area, we will definitely be checking availability here first.

Matthew's place was incredible. His decor was outstanding. The place was super clean and stocked with everything you could need. Everything about his place was awesome! We highly recommend his place and would book it if we come back to the area.

This is the second time that my family and I have stayed at the Dreamy Cactus House. The house is perfect for friends and/or family wanting to share accommodations in the FOCO area. There's ample space for everyone to hang out together, but the layout also allows for guests to go off on their own and work, nap, read a book, or whatever. We love the kitchen, with its modern appliances and everything essential to cooking a good meal (spices, quality pots and pans, etc.). The bedding is luxurious, the house is spotless-clean, and the decor and furnishings are bright, modern and cozy. On top of that, Brett and Ginger are very responsive hosts, happy to answer questions about the area or the house itself. I highly recommend the Dreamy Cactus House and look forward to staying there again in the future.

This place was great!! Super cool spot with a lot of great small details. The beds were comfortable and the we felt right at home. Taylor was one of the most accommodating hosts I have dealt with. I was staying for business and forgotten something at the house when checking out very early in the morning. Taylor went over and grabbed my stuff, and even found a few dollars I had left in the kitchen. Overall this is one of my top Airbnb experiences and comes highly recommended. I will definitely be back!

I would stay there again if I go back to Loveland.

Tim’s place was in the perfect location for us! Even though there’s a parking space available, we decided to take a Shuttle from Denver International Airport (Tim was incredibly helpful with timing info and shuttle recommendations) and walk everywhere. The location was perfectly in the middle of CSU and Old Town. It was about 15mins walk each way and super easy We had delays with our flight and Tim was so kind and helpful. We got in late late and found the apartment easily and his instructions both in the private message and in the apartment were super easy to follow. And there’s a super cute bakery called ‘Little Bird Bakery’ around the corner about 5min walk away for a yummy coffee and goodie to start your day after a late night arrival 😜 Thank you so much Tim for the stay and look forward to coming back!

This property was great-it looks just like the pictures! It’s clean, modern, and comfortable. We were thrilled that the mattress on the king bed was quite firm. The space is open and airy and has lots of natural light. The neighborhood is surrounded by new construction, so everything is very well-kept and modern. We walked several miles every day; the proximity to Old Town Fort Collins made it great, especially with our pup, to walk to local restaurants for dinner. The Cache la Poudre river runs within a couple of blocks, so there’s also easy access to the Poudre River trail system, which will get you anywhere you need to go. We did notice that, for some reason, Ft Collins residents really like loud pipes on their cars, so there was some traffic noise around morning and afternoon rush hour. Other than that, it’s a nice, clean, new neighborhood, and we really enjoyed our stay. Check in and check out was super easy-the host was proactive and made everything smooth.

A great location (right next to the Fort Collins Pools!) that was perfect for walking to campus and downtown. We loved being able to walk to dinner, grab coffee at any of the many nearby coffee shops, and explore old town. The apartment was great for two, but the bunk beds in the living room would have been perfect for little ones if needed :)

The pictures don't do this quaint unit justice, in my opinion. It is a studio with a full sized fridge, dishwasher, stove top, and washer and dryer. Kitchenette and bath have all the amenities and quality finishings. No shortcuts were used in building this unit. It even has its own small private patio with flowers and greenery for you to enjoy. Don't be concerned that it backs up to an industrial site, as you never would know it was there.

Lori’s casita was perfect for our stay! Lori was an incredible host and gave us great tips on the area. The Casita is connected to the home but also very private and it’s wonderfully located close to Estes park and surrounding areas for great hiking. Highly recommend!

El alojamiento de Joyce es muy cómodo, acogedor y modesto, cuenta con todo lo que un viajero puede necesitar. Esta en una área muy linda, limpia y segura para caminar y desplazarse tranquilamente o si desea también hay transporte público muy cerca. Para visitas al CSU esta a minutos caminando. Después de un día de mucha actividad el alojamiento esta equipado para tomar un buen descanso, el vecindario es muy silencioso. Lo recomiendo por su costo beneficio y volveríamos al alojamiento de Joyce.

I had the pleasure of renting for a month to be near family. I loved the convenience of the location, safe area, and of course the accommodations. Windsor is a sweet small town close to many great CO locations especially Fort Collins☺️ I very much appreciate their quick responses when I needed to communicate or had questions. I definitely plan to stay again and it will probably be for a month again☺️

Felt like home away from home while working in Colorado. Would have loved to stay for good. Everything need is nearby but the property is located away from busy streets.

Muito boa a localização, casa aconchegante e com todos os recursos necessários para se morar. O bairro era muito tranquilo e silencioso, acesso fácil a pé para mercado, farmácia, restaurantes e o downtown. Recomendo a estadia.

Denise is a wonderful host and had a nice unit in a great location. The area is quiet, the unit was clean and well stocked. This is the second time we have stayed here. We are in the area twice a year and when we come back next fall we hope to be able to reserve this unit again.

I absolutely loved staying in Caleb’s airbnb. The place was beautiful, large and close to a lot of things! I will say I was there by myself the first night, and there are no window coverings on any of the windows in the main living space. So I did feel little nervous being alone and anyone outside being able to see that I was, but thankfully I was safe! The area definitely felt safe, but ya never know being from out of town!

Chute little place. Smaller than expected but we made it work. It was very clean and the host was very responsive.

Be prepared for 3 flights of stairs! The place is nice and quiet and close to the down town and all the hit areas. Very cute. Missing bedding for pull out couch but she was super responsive and the place was nice. On site laundry on 1st floor and access to a gun, game room, pool, bikes, etc.
