This place is truly special. The location is right in the middle of everywhere we wanted to go. Easy to find, park, and get into. From the moment we arrived, Jason and Neil were the most gracious hosts. And the property is amazing! Every single thing has been carefully thought out and decorated for style and comfort both inside and out. So much so that we spent the last day on property just enjoying the peace and quiet. I almost don’t want to say anything because I don’t want to share this find, but the place (and hosts) are too amazing not to get all the love they deserve. Can’t wait to come back.

My family and extended family were extremely comfortable at Jeff’s place. There was everything we needed and more. It was convenient to have a pack and play plus a high chair. The kids loved collecting eggs everyday and swimming in the pool. Jeff was easy to communicate with and responded quickly with any questions we had. The location was perfect and not too far for day trips to the beach. We will definitely be returning in the future.

The property was clean and well appointed. Lots of stairs! (But we knew that). Beautiful top floor deck. The community is quiet and very private for being in the middle of a very busy area.

Valeries place was AMAZING! Words and pictures don't do the view from the balcony justice. The condo was cozy and very clean. It had everything I needed for a five week stay. I enjoyed coffee every morning on the balcony, watching dolphins and boats go by. The sunsets were spectacular, a perfect view from the balcony. I had an excellent experience renting from Valerie. It was exactly as depicted. I would highly recommend staying at Boca Ciega Resort in Valerie's condo. You will not be disappointed!

A few things really stood out to us in the best way possible! The host went above and beyond with thoughtful touches we didn’t expect—like complimentary drinks, a fully stocked bar with the essentials, and even mini cupcakes! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub, which made our stay even more relaxing. The binder of recommendations was super helpful—it included great local spots to eat, nearby attractions, and things to do in Clearwater, Tampa, and St. Pete. We also appreciated the clear instructions on how to use the pool and hot tub heating system. Overall, it was a fantastic stay! P.s. you might find a hidden secret treasure too! I did 🏴‍☠️

We had a great time at Matthew and Melissa’s place. It really was the prefect spot for a getaway with our kids. The neighborhood is beautiful and in a convenient spot to explore the rest of Tampa and the surrounding area. It was amazing having such a nice park and playground literally a stone’s throw from the house. And the house itself was classy, comfortable, clean, and our kids never wanted to leave the pool and patio area… a pool to swim in, a nice shady table for snacks, AND a TV for the occasional Bluey. What more could a kid ask for? And Matthew made it so easy for us: great communication and incredibly helpful. I can’t recommend this place highly enough.

Lisa’s place was teeny tiny, spotless and quiet. The neighborhood was pretty and close to everything. Lisa was a great communicator and I felt she was always there when or if I needed something.

Awesome little place, roomy for our family, very well maintained, love the property location and private parking. We will definitely stay here again

I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience with an Airbnb! The house was beautiful and was exactly as described. It had all the comforts of home and made our holiday easy and worry free. The outdoor patio with the fabulous pool was definitely a highlight! I would recommend this place to family and friends, and even hope to return myself someday.

Peaceful treehouse in the heart of Hyde Park. The location is great, bed very comfortable and we enjoyed the screened porch .

Lovely well kept property by clearly house proud owners. Well equipped with nice decoration and touches. Very nice pool and patio area for sitting out. Nice area with large supermarket nearby. Very informative folder in the house. Owners very helpful with very prompt response. The only minor criticism is the bedroom doors need to be open for air con circulation which wasn’t as efficient as the house living area.

My husband and I had a great stay at the bungalow. Nice, clean and homey. The location is good for downtown and neighboring restaurants. It was nice to walk my dog with such friendly neighbors. I recommend the bungalow if your in St. Petersburg. - Gayle & Rob

As a solo 74 year old gal with an English cocker, safety is most important. I was very comfortable and felt safe. there. Just a lovely place and nice people

5 Stars only because you can't do more. The ambience of the cottage is perfect. Quaint, clean, simple. Everything you need right in a small area including dedicated parking. Fans, A/C, no problem with temp control. The property is gorgeous. They take great pride in the presentation of their trees, potted plants and overall appearance of the property and spend a great deal of time keeping it as such. You're right 'in the action' with a feeling of seclusion which is perfect. 2 or so miles over the causeway to plenty of Beach Access points in IRB, Clearwater a little north, St. Pete a little south. From the booking process to answering questions to the initial intro to the tour of the property to regular check ins to make sure you have everything you need without being invasive. They even think to stock coffee, creamer and fruit. Mike and Ron quite literally felt like family from the beginning. This is a place to receive love and peace, whatever that means for you. Love you both! :)

Perfect place right across the street from a quiet strip of beach! Very cozy and relaxing

Bradley and Ayako were perfect hosts, very friendly and helpful. Ayako brought us little tasty treats. It was lovely to use their pool and to eat our takeaways by the pool. The location was perfect for visiting our son and family who live nearby. The apartment was really nice, tastefully furnished , well equipped and very clean. We would highly recommend it.

This Tampa, Florida house was so beautiful so peaceful shopping places was very close by the beautiful backyard the swimming pool very peaceful area me and my family really really enjoyed it. We were there for a Cheer competition and it went wonderful I would go back again. I am looking forward to come back and visit and visit their house again. Me and my family loved everything about it beautiful clean neat everything that you’re looking for if you’re trying to go to Tampa Florida for a vacation the hostess was very responsive and very pleasant. I enjoyed my whole day.

Christina was very helpful as we were in town for a cruise and they kick you off the ship at 8 am and Christina accommodated us in every way. Loved the place and the balcony. At night they start a fire and light the tiki lights and you can sit out there and listen to the sound of the waves hitting the rocks will your toes in sand. If I’m ever in Tampa I would stay again.

All went well. Very comfortable stay. Home was clean with clear instructions to everything we needed. Although the pool was small, we enjoyed it. Jess did a good job of communicating with us and kept us informed throughout our stay.

The condo was great. Impeccably clean and provided everything you might need during your stay. It was excellent value for the rate. It was also a very short and simple drive to get to Clearwater beach. I would definitely go back.

The most unique air bnb stay we have experienced. We loved the outdoor setting and how colorful it was. Very fun for our bachelorette group to celebrate. The hosts were very communicative and attentive to our questions/needs. What some people do not understand about some air bnbs is that not everything is going to be perfect and that is perfect enough for us :) So for the few negative reviews on here.. seems like people are just complaining so they can try to get money back for no reason. If you don’t want to spend the money, go find a dirty cabin to stay in for cheap 👍🏻 ☺️. This was such an adventurous spot and we loved it. Especially after learning the history of the area, it made it even cooler. Thank you to our hosts!!! -Rachel

We have stayed at the oasis at Boca Ciega quite a few times. The condo is pleasant, with everything you need. If not, Russel is very responsive. There's a nice balcony and the view is spectacular. Pictures do not do it justice. The pool and hot tub are very nice and the other guests are friendly. All in all, it's a great environment to relax and enjoy the sun of Florida.
