Great location. Right on the seafront with beautiful sea views of Cromer and the pier. The kitchen was well equipped, and the living area comfortable. The beds were comfortable and it was nice having a Smart TV in the main bedroom. Don't be put off with the apartment being above No1 Chip Shop. There was no noise and no smell of fish and chips (until we brought some into the apartment!) They were delicious by the way, definitely recommend. All in all, it was a perfect place to stay. The only things I would say to improve it would be to have tea, coffee and sugar available for guests. There was milk, wine and buscuits, but after a long journey we were desperate for a cuppa and had to pop to the shop to get some (only minor complaint as the shop is across the road) and access to the apartment is up 2 flights of stairs so might not be suitable for everyone. The stairwell was very scruffy and could be improved in line with the beautiful apartment.

Brilliant location. Great communication from hosts with really easy check-in. Hosts left a welcome hamper which was a nice surprise and a lovely touch. It even had items for our 13 month old.

We had a fabulous few days, the apartment was everything we could expect and more. Vikki contacted us a couple of days before we set out to check if we needed anything. We could not have asked for a better place, the best apartment we have stayed in so far. Highly recommended :)

I had the pleasure of staying at Chris and Peter’s beautiful and quirky place for my 40th birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The location was excellent—within easy walking distance to everything we needed. The home was full of character, immaculately presented, and had all the thoughtful touches that made us feel truly welcome. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the heavy duvets made for a cosy and restful night’s sleep. Everything was so well thought out, and it really felt like a home away from home. I stayed with a friend and we both agreed we wouldn’t hesitate to come back again for any occasion. Highly recommended!

Second stay at Nicola's place. Liked the addition of the family bedroom from our previous stay. Has everything you could need for a great stay, very close to the town, beach and bus/train connections. Hopefully won't be our last

Great little place next to river, friendly hosts thank Mark and Jan. Our dog enjoyed all the local and beach walks. Had fun with the canoe on the river.

Ich war sehr angetan von Chris‘ Wohnung. Sie war angenehm und funktional eingerichtet. Die Küche war eine der besten, die ich bisher bei Airbnb gesehen habe. Sie war toll ausgestattet. Gewürze, Linsen, Kaffee Müsli und alles mögliche durften wir benutzen. Sehr großzügig. In der Nähe waren eine sehr empfehlenswerte Bäckerei, Dozens, diverse Cafés und tolle Restaurants, sowie ein Bioladen , green Grocers, in Laufnähe. Zur Innenstadt war es ca 20 Minuten zufuß, der Heigham Park und Chapelfield gardens sind in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar. Perfekt wenn man mit Hund unterwegs ist. Chris reagierte sehr schnell auf Fragen und war immer hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten sogar ein wenig die Sonne genießen. Ich würde jederzeit wieder bei Chris wohnen wenn ich meine Tochter das nächste Mal besuche.

Such a lovely stay, close to lots of beaches. Beautiful walks nearby and nice private space. Took my doggy and we had a great time! Suzy recommended some lovely things and was always quick with responding if I had any queries. Would definitely recommend to friends and family

Charlotte was a great host. Very friendly and communicated well. The house was immaculately clean and in a great location close to the town centre, very walkable. She had left a very useful welcome brochure with things to do in the area, local restaurants and takeaways and other amenities. The location of the house was on a nice quiet road.

Small but perfectly formed! Perfect for our overnight stay whilst in the area for the weekend house hunting. It had everything we needed for a comfortable night after a very tiring day. The teacakes and a cuppa were most appreciated when we arrived! Our dog was made welcome too, with treats and water bowl which was a lovely thoughtful touch. Check in was extremely straightforward. My husband was over the moon at the fact he could wander across the road and see all the planes outside the aviation museum! It was a shame The Buck Inn has closed, but Sarah's recommendation of The Fleece Inn in Bungay was excellent.

Marisol replied quickly to my emails and went out of her way to help . The information pack for check in and about the area was excellent . My first trip traveling with a dog , and all the extras were so nice . Biscuits , poo bags and even an outdoor hot water shower for your four legged friends . Perfect location for visiting my son at UEA , and close to green spaces .

We enjoyed a lovely long weekend in Cromer. The flat was exactly what we’d hoped for. It was clean, spacious, well equipped, quiet and only a short walk to town. The private parking was a tight manoeuvre depending what other cars were parked nearby, but we managed fine and appreciated having a guaranteed spot. Tips for other visitors - there’s no dishwasher (not a problem for us), the Bann Thai restaurant (3 min walk) was great but popular, book in advance.

Bernard's Hideout is in a great location just a few minutes walk from the beach and promenade, with plenty of restaurants, takeaways coffee shops and pubs nearby and just across the road from the Copp supermarket. The downside was some late night noise from drunken groups, but not too bad. Parking is a slight issue, being restricted to 30 minutes in the street outside, although free overnight parking from 6 pm to 9 am is possible if there is a space (which there always was during our short stay). The longer stay, paid car park is 5 minutes walk away. The apartment was as described, clean and spacious enough for us (3 adults and 2 young children). It was well equipped and nicely decorated. Graham was a responsive and helpful host.

Me and my wife stayed here for New Year’s Eve. We wanted. Change from the house party vibe, and stumbled across this lovely place. Annetta is a lovely host, very friendly and was happy to help if needed. We enjoyed the location, such a wonderful house surrounded by countryside. The jacuzzi was amazing! We looked at the stars while sipping champagne from our wedding a few months back. What more do you want! Would definitely recommend! Thanks for the hospitality Annetta! All the best Luke & Addie x
