Me and my girlfriend absolutely loved are stay and extremely enjoyed a lovely and relaxing time the surrounding areas that Ian and Debbie have created is absolutely beautiful and very relaxing it’s the perfect location to relax and recharge Thank you Ian & Debbie

Emma’s beautiful lodge was clean, light & airy with a lovely view of the lake & surrounding countryside. Beautiful walk around the lake. The beds were comfortable & plenty of storage space for your clothes etc. Also all you need to launder clothes. With 2 toilets & 2 showers & the option of having a bath it would be great for families. The internet withstood my grandsons gaming 👍🏻 With a smart tv & games to play plenty of entertainment. There is also plenty to do in the surrounding area. There was all I needed to store, prepare & cook our food & eat alfresco or at the dining table. After we could relax on the comfortable outdoor sofa (beautiful at night with solar lights) or in the hot tub. Providing all you need for a hot drink & also some biscuits was so thoughtful of Emma! There were extra little touches that made it a lovely home away from home! Emma was always friendly & helpful & responded well within the time stated. We are planning to return!

What a jewel. lovely little place. only 2 cabins so really private. the not tub was great. if your lucky you see some nice wildlife. Anne the host, I'd a lovely lady and happy to advice on places to go. it is a bit out in the sticks, but there's a nice pub about 5 mins walk away. I will definitely be visiting Anne again.

Fab host and place to stay and we will definitely go back again and recommend to anyone looking for a natural clamping style get away to recharge and relax.

The directions were really easy to follow so we had no trouble to find the place. The hot tub was ready for us when we arrived which was a great treat, and Georgia was quick on messages and brought us more wood as soon as we needed it. The accommodation was great, and the bed was incredibly comfy! Would definitely recommend it and can't wait to come back.

We absolutely adored our stay. Blissfully peaceful, clean and had all that we could have asked for. We loved the visiting ducks and having duck food provided was fantastic! So much to do locally that there's something for everyone. But so cosy and inviting that I could have easily relaxed at the lodge all week with a book series! I cannot thank the hosts enough for how friendly and helpful they were/are. I cannot recommend this place enough! Book it! And have a wonderful holiday!

Ruth’s lodge is perfect, beautiful setting with everything you could possibly need within the lodge. Clean, comfortable and cosy. We had a lovely 2 night stay, a slight blip but Ruth was on the ball and very helpful, supportive and accommodating. We got a take out from the fish and chip shop in Debenham and breakfast in cafe 24, both were lovely. Would highly recommend this place for a quiet and relaxing break.

Great accommodation, quiet and relaxed setting, walking distance to beach and lots of great access to local amenities. Local pub was fantastic for food and weather was great for a beautiful 5 days. Many Thanks

Perfect place for myself and my 2 children for the night, whilst visiting BeWILDerwood and ROARR. Lovely quiet location, easy to find, with a pub up the road. Clear instructions and lots of information on website and in the lodge. The hosts were very kind and considerate and left Easter eggs for my little ones. The place was nicely decorated/furnished and had everything we needed. The hot tub was brilliant for us after a long day; we would have enjoyed the pool had we have visited in the summer. Would definitely recommend, thank you!

Lovely space, attention to detail was great. A wonderful welcome pack, even for our little dog Chip. Bedding, towels immaculate. Easy walking distance to amenities a little further for beach but well worth it. Loving the outside decking & patio too. We hope to book again for next year/ Great Host !

Clean, homely lodge on a great fishing lake. Really peaceful but not too far from local towns and pubs. Would highly recommend Lisa as a host, really friendly and responsive to messages. Will definitely be rebooking 😊

We loved staying in 'Fortune Paddocks' Barn in Alpington. It was everything we'd hoped for, which was a warm and cozy barn, in a picture perfect countryside location. The barn had everything we needed and was immaculately clean, with a welcoming homely atmosphere. The host Hayley was lovely to communicate with. Stephen is an excellent host who went above and beyond for us. I highly recommend staying at Oak Tree Lodge. The lodge was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of space, well designed. There were welcoming biscuits, teas, coffees and milk for us when we arrived. Everything you needed is there. It is in a very peaceful and green area. The secure garden was perfect for our dogs. Everything was comfortable, easy and very relaxing. We had a wonderful stay.

We had a lovely stay thank you ☺️The cabin is really well set out and decorated, the bed is super comfy & great shower, everything we needed. Location is fab, everywhere within walking distance, beach, restaurants, shops & woodland walks we barely used our car. We took our Pixie ( cocker spaniel) and she loved it, everywhere dog friendly. Would definitely recommend! Thank you ☺️

We had a lovely stay with the dog! Particularly enjoyed the paddock behind and saying morning to the neighbouring horses. Views amazing from the cabin and plenty of nearby walks. We strolled into the village and visited a local tea room for lunch and spotted 3 deers on route on the old railway walk. Bed was comfortable and all amenities to hand! Hope to stay again!

Our second stay did not disappoint - such a peaceful place and the stables is so well thought out, well equipped and cosy. Sally is welcoming, always responsive and flexible. Thank you for having us! 😊

We thoroughly enjoyed our break here. It was just the restful and relaxing retreat we needed. Very comfortable accommodation in a beautiful location. We found some very pleasant walking routes from the accommodation. Wonderful to use the log burner and stay cosy in such cold weather. Our greyhound loved her stay too & The pool was fantastic!! Very happy, will visit again ☺️

The cabin sits next to a cozy pub called the Three Horseshoes. The area is very quiet. You literally have just the pub within walking distance which was great for us as it provided a quiet place to rest and unwind. It’s a great spot to stay if you have a car and want to explore Norfolk. The pub has a decent menu of food and the rooms include breakfast which was pleasant. Overall a very enjoyable trip with zero hiccups. Highly recommend

Good host, very responsive to messages and allowed wiggle room with checking in earlier and checking out later which was super helpful with two little ones! The shally was clean with the exception of a few things not hoovered up under the sofa that my 1 year old pulled out and the bubbling pipes under the sink when you use the hot water. The bathroom was quite overpowered with the smell of bathroom cleaner when we came in, quite vinegary, but at least we know it was cleaned and once the windows were opened for a bit it was fine. Over all, it is in a lovely location and a lovely host, would recommend to anyone wanting to get away for a few days but not sure it’s worth quite as much baring in mind the shally itself is quite small and could use a little update. Thanks for the stay Julie, thoroughly enjoyed by us all.
