Absolutely fantastic apartment!! We all felt very happy and homely every single moment. It was spotlessly clean. Lots of special touches and attention to detail. We loved our basket filled with biscuits, cakes and nibbles. We loved the modern feel and the shower was amazing. We loved all the board games and spent some quality time together playing games especially uno. It’s close to some some fantastic restaurants and shops. Very quiet location as well. We all slept so well. Thank you so much Jane. The perfect getaway and the perfect host. Thank you so much the perfect start to 2025!! From Clare, Vince, Ollie and Lilly the cocker spaniel. Xx

A great choice in Norwich. Walkable to shops, restaurants, and entertainment.

The location was brilliant as the beach was across the road and Cromer centre was a couple of minutes away. Having a parking space was great, although we didnt need to drive anywhere as everything was in walking distance. Bethany's place was clean and had everything you needed for cooking, with bath towels and bed linen provided.

We had a truly lovely time staying at Hilary’s . The flat is exquisite and the sea views are amazing !

We stayed here with our 2 children and our dogs . It was absolutely perfect . We had a wedding just a 4 minute walk from the caravan . We had come down from North Yorkshire and after a long drive it was lovely to come to such a clean , tidy along with everything you possibly needed. Just to say that Helen was a very kind and helpful host. Highly recommend to anyone . Thankyou so much . We really enjoyed our stay at Helen’s place !

Perfect location for a weekend in Norwich, however it is very loud at night. We also had a few people sleeping in the entrance of the flat on the first night but they appeared to have left by the morning. The flat is so lovely inside, has everything you need and is very spacious. However there was a lot of dust on the stairs and the bannisters. The location is perfect for walking everywhere, also the parking is literally about 2 mins away! Overall we loved our weekend and will definitely be back soon!

Had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay again! What I loved: • Spacious, well-equipped kitchen • Two-story layout made it feel very open and comfortable • Amazing location • Hosts were super responsive and helpful • Very comfortable beds • Great shower and bath • Comfy sofa and TV setup for relaxing • Modern, stylish design that still felt very homely A couple of things to keep in mind: • There’s a Wetherspoons beer garden behind the bedrooms. It quiets down around 10 PM on weekdays (a bit later on weekends) and gets lively again around 8 AM. Might be worth considering if you’re traveling with young kids or are a light sleeper. • The heating seems to be on a timer, so it can get a bit chilly at times in colder months — just something to be prepared for. Overall, it was a brilliant stay

we had the most fantastic stay and will definitely be back. we've been to lowestoft before but the location here made it even better. sea views from the apartment. the place is immaculate. I was worried about noise from neighbours as we usually stay in houses, but it's over 2 floors with the bedrooms being on the top floor - perfect. the kitchen is brand new as are the bathrooms, no expense has been spared. the beds are very comfy and the linen was amazing. even a bottle of bubbly waiting for us - thank you! our only very minor quibble was the blinds in the bedrooms don't fully cover the windows, we wore eye Masks which was no drama but our 6 year old was up very early every morning. next time we will pack a travel black out blind. that's our only very minor issue in a perfect and stunning apartment. thank you 😊

Great location with a short walk to the city centre. Host is very responsive and helpful with local recommendations. Would highly recommend as a place to stay in Norwich when visiting.

Southwold is lovely and the flat was ideally placed and in great condition. I would recommend Le Roc, about 30minutes walk but it had limited opening times There is free parking within 100 yards of the flat - if you see a free space grab it! and leave your car there.

A really comfortable and cosy apartment. The city centre is within easy reach and the parking space was a real bonus. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

This is such a beautiful, private spot in the forest. Its set within a hollow so you just have the forest surrounding you. Because its a canvas enclosure it is chilly inside, but fine as soon as you light the fire. The electric blankets provided with the beds were super cosy though and we had SUCH good sleep with the quiet! The only thing was we didn't get the logs that were meant to be provided for the sauna, but we had brought our own after reading the reviews (we used four entire bags of kiln dried logs). The hot tub took us 7 hours to heat, so I'd start early! Overall such a beautiful spot, we loved the fire pit and hot tub, and slept beautifully. Theres also some really nice walks nearby.

Travelling down from Inverness it was so nice to be greeted by the Suzanne the owner. Beautiful, clean, bright and spacious accommodation. Gorgeous countryside setting with plenty of green space for children and dogs. The rooms were spacious with lots of handy plug sockets and beds were very comfortable. The televisions were a bonus for the kids for some downtime before we went on our adventures. The hot tub was a constant ask from our teen and was a major plus point with our stay. Lime Tree Lodge is in a beautiful setting, quiet and well worth the money for a long or short visit just to have a break away. Suzanne is lovely and is only a message away which I found to be incredibly handy. Can't wait to come back to visit. ♡

Such an amazing place to stay, right in the heart of Holt. The pictures don’t do justice of how spacious and beautiful it is! Such a special night away and we will definitely be returning.

This property was very clean throughout. Overall a very well thought out home with a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for those weekend cooking great food with family and friends. With both a comfortable snug around the log burner downstairs and a lovely airy sitting room upstairs with vaulted ceiling and exposed beams, there’s plenty of space to enjoy your time here. A notable mention to how comfortable the beds were at Pelican Lodge. It has gated, off road parking for 2 cars, while the rear garden is secure so you can let the dog roam worry free. The wood fired hot tub and kamado bbq completed what we thought was a brilliant home for the weekend. Would 100% recommend.

Amazing stay at the Loft in Thorndon! Very relaxing location and atmosphere, especially in the hot tub! Lots of local recommendations, we particularly enjoyed the Black Horse pub! Overall amazing stay and would definitely recommend!
