Our Granary is a stylish, sustainable barn conversion set in idyllic countryside at the end of a quiet country lane, surrounded by a horseshoe of downs and near wonderful beaches. It truly is a picturesque spot, and all just 3 hours from London. The Granary has just been renovated from two agricultural buildings. With two comfy bedrooms, a large kitchen diner to inspire a great meal, a lounge with a wood burner and a huge window seat in which to gaze out at the garden, courtyard and the pool.

The Lodge

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Situated in an out of the way location on the coastal path. Peaceful and secluded surrounded by beautiful trees and wildlife including red squirrels. Ideal for walkers who enjoy nature and wildlife. There is a quiet beach in easy walking distance where you can find fossils, sea glass and an amazing array of seashells. Due to the out of the way location you ideally need transport to access the nearest shop and pub. 45 mins on foot/7 mins by car.

Cosy Shepherd's Hut with wood-fired hot tub

Get away from it all and create romantic memorable moments in your rustic Acorn Hut. Step outside and be enveloped by nature and enjoy sitting in front of a fire pit or have a BBQ or a relaxing hot tub (EXTRA CHARGE!). Acorn Hut has everything you need to stay comfortably and is particularly suited for nature lovers. Its small Hobbit wood burner will keep you snug and warm on a cold evening. Toilet / shower are only a few meters away. One photo shows its location to other cabins / Horton Road.

Spend your days in a cosy timber-framed cabin enveloped by rhododendrons. With a wood-burning stove, a garden and terraces you'll be sure to have what you need for a relaxing stay. Head out of the garden gate and you’ll enter Ringwood Forest with a cycle trail, Moors Valley Country Park, a golf course and a lake. A 5min drive will take you to the historic market town of Ringwood. Go east and you’ll hit the beautiful New Forest National Park or head south to the sandy beaches of Bournemouth.

Although secluded, it is just a short distance to Ryde town centre & beaches . The property boasts a living/dining room with a smart tv and dining table and chairs , one being a double sofa bed.. Walk in shower in bathroom.. The kitchen has everything you need including dishwasher… The bedroom can be made up as 2 singles or kingsize upon request.

Stony beach and slipway for boats only metres from the property. Ideal for long walks watching the sunset and relaxing.

The Pool House: Contemporary country escape

Consisting of 2 king size beds, double sofa bed, open plan kitchen, dining room and living space. Open up the bi fold doors onto a large patio area with bbq, pizza oven and eating area. Situated 1 mile from the market town of Petersfield. Country walks on the doorstep and 500m from the local pub. Only 20 mins drive to the beach its a great spot for a break.

The Guest House, Five Trees

The Guest House is a perfect rural get away. It is set in the classic English country garden of a 16th century thatched house in the Meon Valley. It has a private deck with a hot tub. The grounds contain a swimming pool and tennis court for guest use upon request. The pool is open in summer. The River Meon, multiple footpaths and a lovely local pub are within a few steps of the property. Use of pool, hot tub and tennis court are at your own risk.

Everything you need for a great family break is here or venture out to the beautiful New Forest. Entertainment, indoor and outdoor pool, gym, restaurant, bar, playgrounds and soft play, with direct and private path access to 2 stunning beaches. Please note Naish charge for their guest passes which enable you to use their facilities and I arrange the passes for you.

Astoria has a south facing deck to catch the sun all day. 2 minutes walk to main centre. Beds made up ready, bath/hand towels included. Children aged 5 and over welcome. Please bring beach/Pool towels. Up to two dogs allowed, dogs not to be left alone in the static INCLUDES PARK PASSES STRICTLY NO SMOKING INSIDE OR OUTSIDE
