Self contained annex with own entrance & parking.

Welcome to our self contained one bedroom annex complete with kitchen, shower room & living room. The bedroom & shower room are freshly decorated for 2026. Guests have a separate entrance which is separated by two doors from the main house. You are welcome to use the garden & bar-be-que and sit anywhere. We have a very friendly dog who generally stays away. We don’t charge extra cleaning fees to bump the price up, we just ask that you leave the annex tidy. Cot bed available to hire for £15

Come and stay at St Just Coach House.

The Coach House is a newly converted building that is entirely separate from the rest of the property with private access. It is a very lovely space for 1 person or 2 people to share. We have super king bed that can be separated into 2 singles if our guests prefer. There is unlimited free WIFI and several of the power sockets incorporate USB charging points. The accommodation is well positioned in a conservation area directly opposite to the Malvern Link Common which is great for walking dogs.

This charming 2-bed, 3rd floor flat is in an attractive period building. The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can cater for yourself, or there are great restaurants a short walk away. The flat has gorgeous views of the Malvern Hills and across the Severn valley. Walk right onto the Hills from the flat for bracing walks and sleep soundly in comfy beds. Right in the centre of Malvern, yet tucked away in it's own quiet and secluded grounds, with seating in our communal garden. No.8 is the perfect base for all that Malvern has to offer. You are 5 minutes walk to the Malvern Festival Theatre, Malvern Hills and the towns, bars, restaurants, and shops. The 3 Counties Showground is just 10 minutes drive, as is the Morgan Factory.
