Rose Cottage is a 150 year old Grade II listed property, located within the Durham City conservation area. It is ideally situated for guests to enjoy the many attractions of this historic city, including the Unesco World Heritage site of Durham Cathedral and Castle, Durham University Museums and Gardens, riverside walks and an abundance of eateries. Rose cottage offers guests stylish, comfortable accommodation with quality furnishings, a small furnished courtyard and complimentary guest parking.

The Annexe, Durham City

This recently converted self contained private detached modern annexe is located within 15 minutes walk of Durham City centre with its world class University and Cathedral and is great for both holiday and business travellers. The Annexe is in the grounds of our larger house occupied by us, situated at the end of a private road near to Durham City centre. The annexe is totally self contained and has its own allocated parking space next to it together with private decked area with Cathedral views

Longridge is a luxury self contained flat, Newly decorated and refurbished to the highest standards. Located just off the A1 its sits minutes away between key locations like Newcastle and Durham. Local to points of interest like Beamish museum, Metro Centre, Durham Cricket Ground and Lumley Castle. Located just 7 miles from Newcastle and 7 miles from Durham we are very central with good road and public transport links.

Our premium 2 bedroom apartments at Plawsworth Hall are the perfect base from which to explore the North East of England. Just 3 miles north of Durham City and a 1 minute drive to the A167. Plawsworth is ideally situated with all of the business centres and places of interest within easy reach. Catch up with work, enjoy a night in cooking a meal or even getting out in our spectacular countryside. We have 3 smart tvs per apt connected to our leased line Wifi. Lots of free parking available.

Lounge has two comfortable sofas,(one converts into a double bed). Sky TV, DVD player and fibre optic broadband. Two first floor bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin with full size bunk beds). Each room has a wardrobe and chest of drawers. Modern bathroom has a shower over a full size bath. Gas central heating throughout. Bedding/towels included.
