Bluebird House is located on a 30 acre ranchette in Avon, MT. We're halfway between Glacier and Yellowstone on the unforgettable Swan Valley route. There are numerous fishing and national forest opportunities within 15 minutes. The Spotted Dog wildlife management area is only 2 miles away. Situated approximately 5 miles from the Clark Fork River, and 1 mile from public Montana Government Lands (Pontoon boats available to rent for self-guided tours, please inquire.)

Built in 1890, this "mini" Victorian is a block from Mt. Helena's superb biking/hiking trails and 5 blocks from breweries, restaurants and the historic Last Chance Gulch. Recently updated, the Mini Vic still maintains its 19th century charm. Spacious kitchen and bath, formal dining and an inviting living room with gas fireplace. Cozy outdoor space with gas BBQ and firepit. Great location and a great little home while you enjoy Helena!

Blackfoot Ranch Guest House

Come stay in the recently built Blackfoot Ranch guest house on a working horse and mule ranch while staring into the Scapegoat Wilderness. Amazing blue ribbon trout fishing just up the road. Located 5 miles from a major trailhead accessing the Bob Marshall Wilderness Complex. The guest house is in a separate building on the ranch above my saddle shop. Enjoy amazing star gazing and the quiet of this remote ranch.
