Jeff and I and our dog Gigi absolutely love staying at Kristie‘s place. Everything was close by the beach the pool the neighborhood was quiet just what we were looking for the view was absolutely gorgeous. Waking up to the Waterview every morning was awesome. A great place to bring your dog because it is hard to find a place to bring your dog these days, I highly recommend anybody wants to stay at her place you there you may never want to leave. We didn’t want to leave.

Christina’s place in sea isle city was exactly as advertised and perfect for our trip down to the shore. The house was beautiful and comfortably fit our group of 14 without needing to have people sleeping on air mattresses or couches. Christina was an awesome host and made sure that we had everything we needed throughout the weekend. 10/10 would rent here again next time we’re in town!

We loved our stay here . The grandkids and everyone had a great time with all the amenities provided . Kayaking , fishing , crabbing , swimming etc . We also enjoyed the outdoor concert at the pier & the nearby restaurants ! Would definitely love to stay here again . Salvatore was very friendly and helpful !

Glenn was a very gracious host. He was very responsive and flexible with check-in and check-out. The home was beautiful and the amenities exceeded those listed in the listing. I stay in lots of AirBnBs annually and this was at the top of my list of favorites. He certainly thought of everything in order to make us feel at home. Will definitely stay here again if we are looking for a place in the area.

We had a wedding in Smithville and spent the Thanksgiving holiday at this house. There was 11 of us and we had plenty of space. House was clean and comfortable.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The house was beautiful, and the pool table was a big hit! Though it was a tad chilly outside, having the pool heated as well as the hot tub allowed us to still enjoy the water. The rooms were well appointed, large and clean, as were the bathrooms. We loved sitting out on the decks during the day and taking the short trip to the beach. The kids had room to themselves as did we! There was also plenty of table and couch space for us to be together. It was a wonderful get away close to home and I would highly recommend this location! Thank you to minted for the enjoyable stay!

Was a great place for our family to spend the weekend. It was easy to walk to the beach and boardwalk as well as local restaurants and a nice playground. The place had the perfect shore feel and fit our crew easily. It was great having access to some chairs and beach tags as also.
