The Nook at Newalls- luxury shepherd’s hut

Nestled in the hills 5 minutes outside Kendal, the hut sits in its own private meadow, enjoying far reaching views of the fells. Choose to hunker down in the hut with a book, play board games and unplug from the rest of the world or use it as a base to explore Kendal and the beautiful Lake District National Park. Step inside and you'll find a snug and cosy retreat with King sized bed, log burner and underfloor heating. Outside, enjoy the dark skies from the patio and the private fire pit area.

This luxury hand crafted pod is exclusively available for your use, including a double bed, sofa bed, kitchen, dining area, ensuite shower room, private patio, outdoor seating and fire pit/BBQ swing arm.

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic. With its double bed and double sofa bed, it's perfect for a romantic getaway for 2 or for a family with up to 2 children. There is a fully equipped kitchenette,  ensuite bathroom, outdoor dining, firepit, bbq, swinging seat and covered outdoor bath ( big enough for 2!)
