We enjoyed our stay. Dick was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. Lots of room and things for the kids to do while we were there. We really enjoyed the wood burning fireplace and watching the deer wander by in the back yard.

Beautiful home in the gorgeous Mt. Sequoyah neighborhood. Deer roaming below the huge deck, and the hosts were very responsive and did a great job of communicating everything needed for the stay. Everything you could need is there, including makeup wipes (neutrogena!), and even snacks at the door. Will definitely stay again! The location is excellent, as you are close to College Avenue, Dickson Street, etc. and Crossover Blvd. Quiet and serene.

Very peaceful surroundings! Super unique house … great layout, surrounded by trees/nature, very private (Hideaway is very appropriate), tastefully decorated with fun art! Can’t recommend it enough!

Cute older home very close to the downtown shops and restaurants. Clean, well maintained, easy communication with hosts. Very happy with our stay.

Great space for my family. We stayed two months and had no problems whatsoever. Susan communicated really well, and everything was clear regarding check in and check out. We loved walking to Wright’s Barbecue and Media Luna for eats or drinks. Also, Confident Coffee had a nice space for working and wonderful baked goods. There is a cool Aquarium store within walking distance. Felt safe. Had no problems. It was a nice, quiet, clean complex.

This was a great place to stay a lot of room and a ten out of ten would do it again

Perfect weekend stay in Bentonville. Easy to ride or drive to bike trails. So easy to drive downtown to eat or shop. Lived the location. Great backyard with fire pit too!

Host was super responsive. The house is modern but homey. Would definitely stay here again!

Great central location. Easy to access. Very clean, nice amenities, including hot tub which was clean. (It does take awhile to warm up, like 24h). Pets are allowed so some pet hair noted on the furniture, we are dog people so not a bother to us! Really appreciated plenty of linens and towels! Located near a busy street, front bedroom got a lot of street noise but easily drowned out by sound machine. Overall this worked great for our family of 6 and we would stay there again.

A wonderful lake house. Our family had a wonderful time. The house is incredible and comes with everything you could think of (and things you don’t) to have a great time and make lifelong lake memories. The house has so much to do! Games and toys for all ages, kayaks, paddle boards, and a lily pad means there is always something to do. The dock is really nice because the water is deep enough to swim and have fun, but you can still touch. We had a great time and hope to be back soon! Definitely recommend!

I’m so grateful to Stephanie for hosting The Chicken Coop-this was my second 5 Star stay at The Coop. Location is key in Bentonville, and The Chicken Coop is within walking distance of downtown restaurants, museums, and boutiques. Cycling trails are very very close. The neighborhood is private and lined with beautiful homes. The Coop itself is perfectly appointed, spacious, clean and cheerful. A swimming pool and table tennis are available. Stephanie is lovely, gracious, and the best host I’ve ever met. Please stop looking further for the ideal Bentonville stay, you’ve found The Chicken Coop!
