This is a large home on a large block very centrally located in Orange. Restaurants and coffeeshops are in an easily walkable distance. The home presents well and is very clean. Highly recommended.

The place itself is amazing with all the sceneries, room and beds were organised as we wanted, feeding the farm animals was an amazing experience as well, the best thing about the stay was the host, she guided us as a-lot with all of the stuff around, suggested us nearby places to visit and she made sure everything was perfect for us during the stay. we will definitely go there again for sure.

I had an amazing stay at Dawne's place! The house was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the main streets in Mudgee and I felt so comfortable throughout my stay. Dawne was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions for check-in and offering great local recommendations. The small touches, like the coffee and condiments available, really made the difference and made me feel at home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-located place. Thank you for a great experience

10 of us stayed to celebrate a significant birthday for our mum. The house was ideal as it had a bedroom & bathroom downstairs where she stayed & a further 5 bedrooms upstairs. Plenty of living areas so we didn't feel like we were on top of each other & the outdoor area was the perfect location for her birthday lunch. Quiet area & a quick & easy drive to the shops & local vineyards. Ideal for a large group, would return again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The heated pool was absolutely fantastic and made our stay even more special. The house was spacious, clean, and surrounded by nature, providing a truly relaxing atmosphere. It was such a joy to wake up in the morning and see kangaroos nearby! The host was very kind and provided clear and helpful instructions, which made everything smooth and easy. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. We would love to come back again!

Week equipped property with little extras that just made it that bit more special. Location is central, 10 min walk in to the centre of town and restaurants. Alastair was very responsive and helpful. Definitely a 5 star stay and would stay there again.

Very homely feel. Loved the large country kitchen with all the amenities. The heated pool was a welcome distraction during the summer days. The vege garden and fig tree were a bright point that made us feel like we were truly living in the peaceful countryside. Thanks for opening your home to our family.

Thanks Margaret to host us. We did the Mudgee Classic and accomodating a shower after the ride before driving back to Sydney was much appreciated. Will see if we can do this again next year . Cheers Floor

Very well appointed little cottage with back yard. Was very comfortable and felt very homey indeed. Lots of nice little touches like breakfast sachets and a personalised welcome ☺️

Exceeded my expectations. Perfect for what we needed and the cycleway track was surprisingly pretty, especially down to the river.

We particularly enjoyed the board games. We appreciated the good quality of the kitchen knives and utensils which made food prep a breeze. There was a good selection of books, games and dvds for people with younger children.

Beautiful holiday home that was spacious and conveniently located near shops and cafes. A big plus that it was pet friendly as we brought along our dog. One thing to note however is that the listing mentioned it was a 20 minute drive away from Blue Mountains National Park, when in fact it was at least 40 minutes away. Still not too bad anyway but just not what we had expected. But overall, amazing stay.

We loved spending some time in Merriwa and Nicole's place is perfectly secluded and yet also involved in the town atmosphere. Would highly recommend!

From our initial online booking to check out, communication with Jill was outstanding! We holidayed with a group of families and absolutely everyone enjoyed their stay. The property was simply beautiful (especially in Autumn), the house was impeccably clean and the fire pit and pizza oven were a huge hit! Jill’s pizza dough was the best we’ve had, and the kids all enjoyed making their own pizzas! The children also enjoyed running around the property and collecting the chicken eggs every day. Was the perfect long weekend getaway, just 5 minutes drive from town and several wineries! The kids said “when are we going back to Mudgee?”

Had a wonderful night with Trevor’s place. That’s a peaceful and private place just like a home.

Jane was lovely, friendly, and very helpful. Her home was perfect for my husband, daughter and mini Cavoodle plus myself. Great quality products. Definitely suited our needs. Close to Orange but also very private.

Fantastic accommodation exactly as described. 5 min walk to bars/restaurants & shops. Lovely comfy beds with immaculate linen. Wish we could have stayed longer than the one night Will definitely stay again if visiting Mudgee. I highly recommend this 5* accommodation.

Maddy’s home was the perfect place for our Blue Mountain getaway. It easily accommodated the 6 adults and 2 grandchildren. The kitchen was well equiped and had plenty of room for the chefs and helpers to chat. The house feels extremely homely, very comfortable with a long table for the whole family to enjoy the feast and take in the wonderful views through the large glass windows. We watched the footy and selected Snakes and Ladders to play (from the tastefully selected supply of games provided) in the lounge off the dining area and then retired to the more intimate lounge to enjoy a quite time in front of the fireplace. Ornate sideboards are adorned with intriguing, beautiful ornaments. There is a great collection of paintings and sculptures, a nice selection of books and an old fashioned CD player with a selection of CDs that seemed to fit in perfectly with the quite country charm of the home. The grounds are perfectly maintained and the neighbours home are a good distance away

absolutely loved my stay here! The accommodation was spotlessly clean, which made it feel so fresh and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The big windows looking out over the Australian bush created such a peaceful, calming atmosphere — it really felt like a true escape. The fireplace added such a cozy touch, making it even more special. You can tell a lot of care has gone into maintaining the space, and it made for such a relaxing, memorable stay. I would definitely come back!

The house was a home away from home for us, with incredible attention to detail. It was spotless, beautifully styled, and comfortable, with everything well considered for a relaxing and luxurious stay. It has a great deck and backyard for kids to play, and the street is quiet and tree-lined with lots of cafes and restaurants a short walk away. Georgia was an exceptional host; proactive, friendly and responsive. We highly recommend this house and will definitely try to book it for our next trip!

The cottage was beautiful, peaceful and quiet just like we hoped. Lisa and Ben were fantastic hosts, accommodating and friendly, they provided clear instructions and helpful information and allowed us to enjoy our time on our own and had the cottage perfectly clean and equipped with everything you would need for a peaceful retreat.
