Benvenuti! "Lake View" is a beautiful and spacious modern one bedroom self-contained guesthouse that I have always dreamt of creating since I first found this wonderful location. My property is situated on the shores of Lake Cartcarrong midway between the Great Ocean Road and the Grampians. I speak Italian and French with an Italian accent! There is one horse and one whippet on the property and numerous species of native wildlife. The accommodation is light, private, spacious and comfortable.

We are on the edge of Nth Warrnambool and only 3km to the CBD or 4km to the beach. there is free parking at the property and if you like to walk it's only 15 min or 2 min drive to bakery, bottleshop, supermarkets, Pizza, fish and chips, Thai and laundromat.

Warrnambool Quiet Accommodation 5 min to centre

Cozy room for you to relax after a day sightseeing. Next to golf course, very central. This is a basic room and facilities for an overnight stay. The room has a homely and clean feel, but if you like everything luxury, this place may not be ideal for you. Our family home has recently been built in a quiet cul-de-sac with a private purpose built room for guests with external access. En-suite as well as tea and coffee making facilities with a table and chair to sit at and enjoy the views.

Acacia Park Farm Guest House.

Acacia Park Guest House is a spacious two bedroom farm house where coastal bliss meets rural charm. Set on five and a half acres only five minutes drive from the CBD and seven minutes drive from the Main Beach. Stroll around our large garden and enjoy watching the beautiful wildlife that lives in it, enjoy watching rabbits and birds that call our garden home we also have the occasional Koala call in. We have horses and sheep you can meet under supervision or enjoy watching them graze.

It's not uncommon to find a koala dozing in the tree or a kangaroo loose in the top paddock. This cozy one-bedroom cottage is situated on a picturesque hobby farm, 10 minutes from Warrnambool. The self-contained cottage is accessed by a private tree-lined entrance and is surrounded by two and a half acres of well-established trees and gardens. The peaceful property is surrounded by rolling green pastures and guests can enjoy watching the sheep and cows from the front veranda. You may also be lucky enough to spot our resident Koala in his favorite tree in the garden.

We are 15-20 minutes walking distance from the train station and the hospital. You will have privacy, your own bathroom, kitchenette, and an outdoor area. Parking is free on the nature strip at the front of our house.

The studio is a private apartment, semi attached to our home, Heathbrae, in peaceful gardens set on over 2 acres.
