It is just a 5 min drive to all that downtown Nevada City offers as well.

Guest area has separate entrance, it's own living room, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and bathroom, laundry area. Pet friendly. If you have pet allergies don't be book.

Full kitchen and bathroom. Wifi and TV provided. On and off street parking. Located less than a block from a large City park with great play equipment for the kids. Complimentary local coffee and treats. Both of the host are local business owners and available to share info on the area.
