We are located in the quiet conservation Village of Landbeach just North of the City of Cambridge, and just 3.7 miles from the renowned Cambridge Science Park & Business Park offering excellent links to M11, A14 (A1) and the A10 The City of Ely is 11 miles up the A10 The Park & Ride is 1.5miles away offering frequent busses into the city centre. (every ten minutes)

There are many wonderful country walks starting from the cottage.

The barn also has access to a shared BBQ and fire pit. With Cambridge just 20 minutes away by car, Alice Barn provides an excellent spot from which to explore this historic city.

Cobblers Cottage is full of charm & character, good sized rooms [albeit wonky & low ceilings!], modern kitchen & a private garden. It is over 400years old so some dust & the odd spider is possible, it is not a brand new show house, more National Trust! PLEASE NOTE there is only on street parking ~100 metres from the cottage. Early check-in & late check-out maybe possible for a fee (covers the cost of changing the cleaning schedule, arrangements & utility costs).

All the rooms look across traditional pasture with arable fields beyond. It is ideal for a holiday combining 'time in' the city and 'time-out' of the city! Traveling into Cambridge is easy; there is a Park&Ride bus station just 10 minutes drive away.
