Everything as described and overall very nice stay. House is comfortable and exactly as in pictures. Easy to find. All appliances were in working order and every room was clean. Air conditioning was cranked on when we arrived - cold - something I want and appreciate. The hot tub is very nice and Matthew came by to show us how it worked. It is a small hot tub but a nice touch. Matthew started a nice fire for us as well. Nice place for a family with young kids.

We've stayed at 10 different airbnb's this year and this place was by far the best! From the spacious secluded backyard to the extra amenities throughout the home. We loved spending the holidays here. Their family decorated the place for Christmas to make it feel like a loving home. We come to Austin several times each year and look forward to coming back!

came up to the Austin area for a wedding. Nelson, was very helpful prior to booking with distance of wedding venue to his house. Response time with questions, quickly. Flexible with check out. Followed up with us on check in day, making sure all was good. There was lot extra towels left out, so he came by and got them for us. Had coffee and sweet rolls with my husband and husband of friends we traveled with, while I and the wife went quilt shop hopping. Highly recommend Nelson's place!!!

Absolutely perfect! the property was beautiful! So many amenities! Right on the water and the kyaks were great to have to see the area! Chris was outstanding and so helpful! I will Absolutely be back again and again!!

Lovely place, the backyard is the best part! Our only complaint would be that some of the furniture felt a little old! Otherwise, everything was great!! Super clean bathrooms and kitchen. Great TV, beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen had everything you might need to cook! Blake was super responsive and helpful! The check-in process was very easy, and so was the check-out! Would definitely go back!

The place was so relaxing by the pool and all the beautiful surroundings just so amazing. We saw deer everyday. The house was amazing as well and the beds were comfortable. Just perfect for us. Thank you for letting us stay at your house.

We felt so at home and relaxed while staying here! The place is decorated so well, lots of fun things to do in a very pleasant environment. We woke up Saturday morning and sat on the patio feeding our baby and walking around. Their cute little dog greeted us and we admired the property. Definitely recommend!

This home away from home is beautiful. I like how it nicely tucked away and allows privacy while vacationing. The home offers several amenities that make the stay even more enjoyable. The hosts are great with communication and friendly. I have already told family about this home and plan to return.

place was great! beautiful yard with a fire pit, pool was great. beds were extremely comfortable. if you do sleep in 1 of the 2 barn rooms, keep in mind no bathroom and if you do have small dogs, there is a possibility they can get under the fencing/gate door. but overall an amazing stay. highly recommend!!

We had the best weekend at this Airbnb. A few things stuck out to us: 1) how responsive, kind, and flexible the hosts were, 2) how perfect the space was for a big group, 3) we adored the backyard space. We wanted a lot of time at the space, and it was perfect for pool time and spending quality time together. Perfect for a big group! We did not need to be right in the city of Austin the whole trip, so this worked really well for us making one day trip to Lake Travis and one day trip to downtown Austin. It is ideal if you want a clean place, comfortable sleeping arrangements for a ton of people (truly, this was remarkable), and an amazing outdoor space. The only consideration of note: if you think you will spend most of the time in the city and instead value proximity to bars/etc, this will require some time with transportation. If you want variety with a balance of pool time/lake travis/downtown Austin/nearby breweries, this is the perfect place.

We recently stayed at this Airbnb with family and friends, and it was an absolutely amazing experience! The home was beautifully maintained, providing the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation. The spacious rooms and inviting atmosphere made it a great place for us all to unwind and enjoy each other's company. The location was also ideal to get away from the city and offering tranquility. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making our stay incredibly comfortable and stress-free. My suggestion is to provide a clear instructions book for connecting to the Wi-Fi, operating the switches, and checkout procedures would enhance the overall experience even more. This small addition could make the stay even smoother and more enjoyable for future guests. It will also be nice if it was mentioned prior to booking that guests that are not staying in the home are not allowed in the property.

This was an excellent stay! House & location are beautiful (pictures don’t do it justice, it’s even more beautiful in person). Check in and checkout were easy and convenient. Highly recommend!

This was a very peaceful stay. The home was clean and elegantly decorated. The kitchen was well supplied with all utensils we needed for cooking, and essentials were stocked in the fridge and pantry. There's an HEB nearby to get everything else you may need. I would recommend you bring a bug zapper for when you spend time on the patio, and to combat the bugs that will inevitably come inside the home as you open and close the doors. The entire house in enclosed with a four foot fence, so my service dog could happily roam around without getting into trouble.

Absolutely beautiful spot! It truly was a birder’s delight in late April. Walking down into the creek was magical and it made us so happy to see our suburb dog going wild running in the water :) the house itself has so many spots to enjoy the views from a wrap around porch and large windows. Plus plenty of seating down in the property while you explore.

Lake House vibes! Nice, clean home. Great location with Lake LBJ across the street and access a short walk down the street. Bunkhouse is great for the kids. Huge backyard to let our 2 dogs run around - just be careful if your dogs are smaller as there are some gaps under the fence they can crawl under due to the slope of the backyard. Host checked in and was quick to respond.

Amazing stay. Selena let us add our dogs onto the reservation. The place itself was clean and as described, and the neighborhood was quiet and very safe feeling. The hosts went above and beyond and provided me with a hose to clean off my bike since I was in town for a race. Would 10/10 recommend and stay with them again if we go back to Austin.

Phyllis's place was comfortable and exactly what we needed while our home was getting remodeled. It was quiet and close to everything we needed.

If you are looking for the most peaceful, beautiful, secluded home to just relax, enjoy the weather and find peace, then this is the place! We absolutely loved all the amenities and how we had so much space for our family of 10. Just a short drive to Fredericksburg or Llano for anything you might need with great shopping and restaurants, yet just far enough away and secluded for the most beautiful night sky! And the POOL! *chefs kiss* The whole family couldn’t have been happier that we stumbled across this listing and got to enjoy it. If we can make it work, we’ll try to be back next summer!
