We had an amazing time staying at Katy's place! We are local to Austin and had an extended stay here while our house was being renovated. Katy was so responsive and friendly, making us feel right at home. I have lived in Austin for 15+ years and this location truly cannot be beat! The neighborhood is beautiful and seemingly everything fun to do in Austin is within walking distance: Lady Bird Lake/downtown, South Congress, South Lamar, etc. The house is charming and just as described. We really enjoyed relaxing on the porch in the evenings and the fenced in front yard for our dog. Bonus points for being visited by a white peacock in the front yard!

Highly recommended! Thuy was helpful and her place is a lot bigger than what expected. She pretty much provides what you will need for your stay.

Brian's place was absolutely perfect for our needs. We needed to stay about a month to finish up our move to the area. Brian was extremely accommodating and understanding. His home was perfectly set up for an extended stay and very clean. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful as well. I would highly recommend a stay here!

Angela home was very nice and welcoming the kitchen was amazing enough space and all the amenities to cook for a Christmas gathering. Her home is very spacious the game room was a plus. The backyard was lovely nice and cozy. Thank you for allowing me and my family to share your home. I would definitely recommend.

The house was amazing and felt like a home away from home. It was easy to get to and the weather was great so we were able to enjoy the outside amenities.

The house was wonderful inside and out!! Beautiful hardscaping in the backyard and it’s a HUGE lot! The house was renovated very nicely, felt at home.

We needed a spot for the night due to booking complications with another Airbnb. Chuck’s spot was perfect, the help from his team was top notch. Very informative and helpful! Beautiful spot near the lake and not too far from a small town

This was the perfect spot for a girl’s weekend in Austin! Beautiful space, super clean, and a short walk to the trail and Deep Eddy Pool. Would definitely book again

Mary’s place was a perfect place to stay! I was attending a wedding close by at the Umlauf Sculpture Garden, which was an easy Lyft ride over and 15 minute walk back after celebrations. Her place is surrounded by stunning architecture, verdant trees, and spring flowers in the neighborhood. It was an easy 25 minute walk to restaurant options. The space itself was spacious for a studio space and had copious coffee and tea! She even left a nice welcome note with chocolate which was above and beyond anything I expected. I have stayed in a few places in Austin, and I highly recommend Mary’s place even in comparison to others I’ve experienced — One of the best so far. For a nature, architecture and design lover, this was perfect for me!

it was nice and peaceful. being there is nice even if the fish is not biting it's great place to go.

Rose was a great host! The place was just as nice as was shown with a great deck and view that made it feel like a treehouse. We stayed here as an alternative to the Omni for an event that was there - and getting Ubers to and from the hotel was mixed (sometimes easy, sometimes a bit pricey). But can't say enough about Rose as a host - she was great!

We had a decent stay at Tobin's place. The bed was great, which is the most important thing. It had a very basic kitchen setup that needs updating. The oven worked, but we had to use a bath towel for an oven mitt and had to use a washcloth for a dish rag. There is a water filter pitcher, but the filter is very old and needs to be replaced. This is certainly a no frills listing and probably deserves 4 stars. But for the location, it's a decent value so I gave 5.

An excellent two bedroom abode that has a real charm. The site is located in South Central Austin in a quiet area with ample street parking. Locating and entering the home was a breeze. the modern architecture of the abode is really delightful and the home has a clean welcoming feeling. The home has tasteful art and glass pieces. I really loved the 3 full bookshelves in the master bedroom that reflect a home of a well read travelor with books of modern literature, art, and philosophy. To enter the living space you climb stairs to a small but comfortable living area with a small kitchette hall way with a 3/4 person comfortable couch at the end. There are two bedrooms each with their own private toilets and share an entrance to a single shower. i highly recommend this for 2-4 persons that want to be in a very charming part of Austin a short drive to anything in Town. there is walkable restaurants nearby (highly recommend Boulder Street Cafe, an Austin Staple)

This is our second stay and we are very happy with the location and the comfort of the condo. Everything is convenient and the condo is well stocked with everything you may need, plus many stores and restaurants are within a short walking distance.

what a wonderful stay! it is so peaceful here. Jaya's place is very comfortable, I felt right at home. The bed is very comfortable and so many amenities to keep us busy. we love watching the friendly deer! 🦌

This condo was a great spot for our family to stay while attending a family wedding at Horseshoe Bay. The remodel of this condo as well done and the pictures describe it perfectly. I stayed in these condos every summer as a child and have great memories here, I’m glad they have kept these convenient condos up. Kevin is a great host and everything is just as described. He responds quickly to questions and helps out with other things outside of just the rental. You won’t be disappointed with this unit. Until next time…….

I had a wonderful stay while on a work trip at Obichukwu Joshua’s condo. Directions were easy to follow for parking and check-in. The condo was clean and nicely equipped. The building is in a beautiful setting along the water with a nice pool area.

Good experience overall, no negative feedback. The host made the experience seamless. Whether you're looking to just stay at the resort or explore the area, this is a good option. One small note: If you need to iron clothes during your stay, let them know ahead of time, so they can provide both an iron and ironing board
