Pub, restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, bakery all within easy walking distance in a beautiful beach side suburb. There are beach towels if you want to take a dip as well a beach cricket set. 10min drive to Glenelg, 20min to city by either car or train to Adelaide Oval for the Football/Cricket, LIV Golf 3km away.

We are ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers. Your place is the front half of our home - separated by connecting doors. We will be on site, maybe with a foster greyhound.

Detached Studio/Grange

Detached Studio with a small ensuite, outside hot tub, and private access. Secure undercover parking adjacent to the studio. Provisions for a light breakfast included. We offer a picturesque location just 900 mts from the beach and cafes, in the heart of beautiful Grange, with the train a 5 min walk away - 20 mins to CBD. The studio is equipped with a mini fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee pod machine, and microwave - there is no oven - but please feel free to use the BBQ for cooked meals.

A modern home located 5 minutes walk from Grange beach , hotel, cafes & restaurants . It has high ceilings throughout the house with a large living area that opens out into the alfresco area. There is a train or bus takes you into the city & it's a short walk to Henley square which has lots of eaterys. There is a nice outdoor area to enjoy and a laneway entrance, where you can park two cars comfortably in the double garage. I have recently upgraded to Telstra premuim wifi in Oct 2022.
