Patricia's home is lovely, warm and cozy. We booked at the last minute so that our family could spend Christmas together. We appreciated the lovely welcome and provision of staples like milk, butter, tea, coffee, juice and also crusty bread. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a full Christmas dinner with ease. Patricia had even gone to the trouble to decorate her home for Christmas for us, which was very special. We all enjoyed our time together there. It is a bonus to have a full bathroom and an extra toilet for a family, too. The setting in the park is peaceful and welcoming and there are nice walks around the woods and lakes; our dog loved it, too. This is a wonderful place to stay in every way and Patricia is a very thoughtful and accommodating host. Thank you!

Linda was very accommodating and clear with instructions for the stay. I appreciate Linda for allowing me to keep my bags post checkout. The location of the house is inconvenient as there are frequent buses to the city centre.

장기간 유럽여행을 하며 36곳의 숙소를 예약했는데 그중 가장 멋지고 아주 훌륭한 숙소 였어요. 하루만 숙박을 해야했기에 무척 아쉬웠는데 기회가 또 온다면 몇일 묵고싶어요. 아름다운정원, 친절한 호스트, 간단한 조식까지 이곳을 가시는 모든분께 강력 추천합니다!

Ich war vor 2 Jahren schon einmal bei Anne und habe mich sofort wieder für ihr schönes Haus entschieden , als ich wieder nach Hemel Hempstead gereist bin. Ich weiß diesen besonderen Ort sehr zu schätzen. Ein sehr gepflegtes Haus in ruhiger und doch zentraler Lage. Das Zimmer mit Blick in den romantischen Garten. Ich liebe diese Aussicht. Anne ist eine sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Gastgeberin . Am Abreisetag bereitete sie mir ein wunderbares Frühstück mit Tee ,Toast und Ei. Anne ist mir nach den 2 Jahren ,die ich sie kenne eine Freundin geworden. Von mir gibt es eine hundertprozentige Empfehlung. Ich komme gerne wieder

We stayed in Angelicas house short period while our house was being renovated. It was welcoming and in an excellent location which allowed us to explore East Oxford.

Eamon and Joy were great hots, always responsive and always willing to help, patient with Airbnb payment issues and very amenable to direct discussions to resolve any matters. Would highly recommend.

Our hosts were really responsive and flexible with our need to arrive late. A fabulously clean and well presented house with a large comfortable room for us We slept well as the bed and furnishings were all very comfortable and showed thought in the availability of wifi and TV. Our breakfast comprised of a delicious range of fruits, yogurt, cereals and fresh juice with very good fresh coffee! Our host was very friendly and made us feel extremely welcome. Quiet location but fairly near to Oxford town centre! Highly recommended!

I’d give it 6 stars if I could. Francesca has a lovely spot, very well located, clean and spacious. She was a very welcoming host and left thoughtful gifts - all in all I had a fantastic stay here. I’d highly recommend this option and hope to return one day :)

An ideal spot for night before the wedding at Warwick house. The Sonos surround speakers were the highlight, blasting out tunes while getting ready for the big day! Breakfast goodies were much appreciated and saved us having to go out and get bits in. Great for kids too, the tv and games kept them entertained!

Great experience staying at Umu’s place! Very clean, good communication with the host. She even left some food and spices, which is highly appreciated. Neighbours and the neighbourhood is very quiet. Recommend!

Lovely modern apartment, has great space and feels cozy at the same time. Great spot!

Two years after our last stay in Binsey, we were very happy to return for another week. It was a very nice welcome, we had lovely conversations with Alison and Steve. Binsey is unique, quite, excellent if you need time to write or read. Rent a bike for journeys to Jerchio, the city center, colleges or the University hospital. We can highly recommend this place and hope to return in the near future.

A perfect place to stay while visiting our daughter at university. Spotlessly clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. Breakfast and a good coffee machine were an added bonus. We will be back soon!

The studio delivered on all accounts. It was well appointed with quality furniture and bed which helped us relax and have a good nights sleep. A tasty breakfast was provided which included free range eggs from Yvonne’s chickens. It’s in a quiet location with easy access to the surrounding areas. We would highly recommend. Yvonne was the perfect host.

Honestly, what a wonderful Host. One of the best Air b n b’s ever. She was so polite. Always checked on me. The place was clean and so homely. I wanted to stay more days but she was fully booked. Will definitely come back.

Amazing place to stay! We came after our wedding for a quiet weekend away and got exactly that; had such a lovely time in the hot tub in the evening and waking up with the sunshine through the sky light in the morning. Wonderful hosts, reachable when needed and thought of everything you may possibly need. Would recommend a hundred times over! -Ella and Jay

Cute Annexe in the countryside. very quiet, warm and cosy, and the array of lamps really accentuated this. nice large dining lounge space and comfortable bed. lovely little extras with the local apple juice , butter, bread and milk etc with a nespresso coffee machine. towels are very fluffy and large too. davina was very helpful and her washing up fairy did a magical job.

I’ve stayed at Julie’s place a few times now. Beautiful, single bed rooms, semi-self-sufficient (small fridge, kettle). Very clean, very private. Julie is an excellent host, very responsive & helpful. And it’s less than a mile into the middle of Oxford. Highly recommend.

Easy to find in a beautiful location. Very cosy room perfect for our family of 3. Joan & her Husband were so friendly and they cooked us the most amazing breakfast. Thank you for being lovely hosts, we will hopefully be back 😊
