Fabulous. Safe. Exactly as described, beds are comfortable, place is modern and so spacious. I have a pretty nice, modern home in a great location and I didn't want to leave this place. 2 entrances to the unit; you could park right outside of your door and enter through the porch if you want. However... if you don't get a parking spot early enough in the evening, be prepared to walk. Nearly everything is reserved parking. It is not a dealbreaker. That's how great the place is. The complex and others around it seem like they are in the middle of nowhere, but they aren't. Once you put everything into Maps, you're like 16-20 minutes from anywhere worth being. Lake is nice. Great number of towels, bedding didn't feel cheap, TVs in every room, sofa is big and comfortable, enough cooking supplies, great light coming in. Host is immediately responsive and sent us items through Walmart+ immediately. Host is not obsessive or oppressive, not threatening fees the whole time. Wow. I'll be back.

Very nice apartment in a very secure building. Perfect for my husband and me. It fit our needs and was in close proximity to The Stockyards. Our host was very friendly and responsive and went above and beyond to make sure our check-in was smooth. The bed was very comfy and I was pleasantly surprised with how well the bathroom was stocked with lotions, body washes, etc. I would not hesitate to recommend this unit if you are visiting the Ft. Worth area.

Great location the lake and communal areas are very close by as well as shops and restaurants. You can park right outside the apartment easily and there is a parking garage as well . I would definitely suggest to the host to buy a curtain pole as on our arrival the curtains were pinned to the wall which I have never seen before .

Good location..cute spot. There was no kitchen supplies , helps to have on short trips . No iron available . Decor was nice

This place delivered exactly what was promised and then some. We normally stay at hotels because we don't need the extra amenities provided by AirBnB. However this trip we needed a bit more than usual, and we lucked out with this place. It fits up to five guests which was the size of our group, it's in a great location in Irving, walkable, lots of restaurants nearby, and it feels private and safe, especially for those traveling with family. We had a late check-in and the host was still available and responded quickly to questions. The checkout was just as great as they don't have 100 things for you to do like other listings which makes you feel like the cleaning fees are actually worth it. all in all great experience and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking in the area.

I think for the price it was a very good value. I LOVED getting tickets to the Botanical Garden with my stay. I also loved the free cup of coffee... they had pretty good food as well. I visited with my mother and 9 year old daughter. We felt safe in the gated community (the property is set up like an apartment/hotel), but we would not feel comfortable walking around outside the gated community at night. Our neighbors were pretty quiet during our stay. The home was clean, and the community pool was clean as well. It was in the high 80's while we were in Dallas. We turned the air to 75 and it stayed at 81 the 3 days we stayed. That said there were fans in both rooms, so we were still able to sleep ok. The toilet stopped flushing the last night we were there. I let Jean know of our concern about the toilet and she said maintenance would be there to check it out.

We had a great stay at Jake’s Airbnb! The place was just as listed—clean, comfortable, and packed with fun amenities like a game room, pool, and hot tub. The beautiful view of Lake Ray Hubbard was the cherry on top. Check-in was smooth, and Jake was super communicative throughout. Highly recommend!

We had a house fire and had to move out for repairs. What we thought would be a 6-8 week stay here turned into nearly 5 months. All along the way, Tasneem was helpful and flexible about allowing us to extend our time. The backyard is wonderful for relaxing with easy access to the canal walkways. Inside, the reclining couches are so comfortable that you may find yourself accidentally taking a nap! This home had everything we could need, including a crib and play area set up for our young son. Tasneem was fantastic as a host, responding immediately to any questions/issues that arose. For example, when we let her know that we thought there was an issue with the air conditioning (this is Texas, these things happen), a technician was at the house first thing the next morning, and a whole new system was put in the very next day. We had a fantastic stay at a very nice home and Tasneem is an excellent host that helped us out a lot during a stressful time. I would highly recommend booking

Uma and Balu’s home was perfect. There was plenty of space for our group and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We brought kayaks, in addition to one Uma and Balu let us use, and kayaked the lake each morning. We will definitely be back!!

House was very clean, nice, and private. Our host was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in this area. It’s conveniently located in Little Elm.

Host was very responsive and friendly. Home was stunning, clean and very safe! We were a semi-large group that arrived in Dallas for a work event and had no issues, everything went extremely smooth and everyone was very happy. As the location is on the lake, remember to prepare yourselves for all the mosquitos! It was also very convenient that the rental already had all the pots/pans available as well salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc. 10/10 would recommend!

Our 3rd time here. That should pretty much explain our fondness for this place. Great host and we will back again!!

Adam’s Place is great! We spent almost 2 weeks there while I worked in Fort Worth. The location is fantastic. The house was very clean and well equipped. The sunsets are magical! The master bed is quite comfy too. Excellent experience.

Great location, easy walk to downtown Fort Worth where there are tons of good restaurants. Stayed for the Art Festival, and having free parking was a plus. Spacious and modern

We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay. Enjoyed using the kitchen to cook our meals in and very cosy. Having both a washing machine/dryer in the Condo was a blessing. (This was a must for us) The beds were extremely comfortable! We were happy staying here, we felt safe in the complex. The host was very responsive with any questions that I had and recommended some great things for us to do. (We were tourists from another country) Will recommend this home to others.

This is a great place to stay, if you want to be somewhere within 15 mins walking distance from the town. The apartment was spotless and would absolutely stay there again. Sleeps 6 comfortably, although if you wanted 8 people, 2 would get the hard sofa bed. There was only 4 of us, so it was fantastic! 2 en-suites, one with a bath. The only minor negative (which is nothing to do with the room or the owner, plus being super picky to find anything at all) was the closest lift had broken in the building throughout our stay. That was not an issue generally, but a bit bothersome on checking and checkout day with our luggage. The positive it: there is a working lift in building 2 which was connected via long hallway to building 5 (where the apartment is situated) we found that on day 3. With only one working lift for 6 buildings and hundreds of apartments, you can imagine that it was always quicker to use the stairs. This was fine for us, but maybe challenging for anyone with difficulties.
