Sand Point Lake House

A newly renovated 4 season home on French Lake located in Lakeville Corner only 30 mins from Fredericton. Relax, unwind and enjoy the beautiful views and peaceful atmosphere during your stay at Sand Point Lakehouse. Once you're done dropping your bags, head to the boat house, grab a life jacket and a kayak, canoe, peddle boat, SUP, or fishing rod and head down to the water followed by a fire, and enjoy s'mores! Winter months, ice fish or skate! *Camping Trailer MUST be requested in advance*

Black Bear Lodge

We require 24 hours notice when booking. The lodge is 15 minutes from Fredericton city limits in Noonan approximately 2 km in the woods on a private road. It runs on solar and wind power with backup generator. We offer skating, snowshoeing, hiking and boating depending on the weather. Fishing is also offered at an additional cost. There is a stand up shower and sink in the bathroom with hot and cold water as well as a toilet, a propane stove and fridge in the kitchen. Woodstoves for heat.

All you need are your groceries and personal items. Please note that this property is located in a rural area and is a thirty min drive to Fredericton and/or Nackawic. My Little Oasis is a cozy little cottage on Maquapit Lake in Clark's Corner NB. 3 bedrooms that can sleep up to 6 guests. 1 bedroom with a queen sized bed and the other 2 each have a twin over double bunk beds. This cottage will serve all your vacation needs. My intention is to make My Little Oasis a place where you want to come back and share your experience with your family and friends so they can come over for a stay and experience this little piece of paradise on the lake.
