We thoroughly enjoyed the house. There was plenty of room for our family to relax. Huge bathrooms and comfortable beds! We wish we could have stayed longer.

We LOVED this place! Our team comes to Kearney for an annual conference and this place was PERFECT. It's beautiful, comfortable and plenty of space for our team.

This place was everything my family and friends needed for a weekend to get together. Between the sea themed decor to the outdoor views. It was perfect. Anita is very kind and made sure we all felt welcomed! It was perfect place for us adults to relax and the kids to play and have fun. Overall 10/10 experience! Highly recommend

BEST Air B&B I've stayed in. Friendly host, relaxing atmosphere inside and out. Felt like home away from home. Will definitely be rebooking with them in the future. We were in town for my daughter state trap shooting competition and at the end of the day the hot tub was a nice relaxing touch. Can't wait to comeback back and utilize the other amenities. 💕💕💕

This place was very spacious for our big family. Everything was labeled and the owners were very intentional in making this feel like a home with everything you may have forgotten. I appreciated the pre-arrival instructions and fair house rules. Well kept and very clean. Highly recommend!

We came to see the cranes, and the cabin was only 5 minutes from the Plautz Crane Viewing Platform, so we chose it for the location. But also my family liked the property (it was an under-10-minute walk to one of the Platte channels), the front porch, the television, the well-stocked kitchen, the separate bedrooms, and the gas stove in the living area. Cranes flew directly over the cabin in the morning. We are breakfast at the cabin and used the Keurig coffee maker and supplied coffee. Drove into Kearney for dinner.

Enjoyed the back yard with large table to sit around and get caught up with family.

We highly recommend Linda’s place. Beautifully decorated with lots of special touches and everything we needed for a great stay. We felt immediately at home furniture was comfortable, and the bed was super comfortable too and great quiet neighborhood. Easy to get to activities and restaurants. wonderful communication with host. We will definitely stay here again and recommend anyone in the area. This was a lovely older home that has been updated. It felt spacious and comfortable for my needs. I loved buying groceries and cooking for myself for the week, and doing my laundry with the washer and dryer. There’s no dishwasher, but I don’t have one at my home either, so washing by hand was no bother. The train tracks are only a couple of blocks away and they can be busy at times, but it’s only noticeable when the house is completely quiet (and since I live near train tracks at home, to me it was a comforting, homey sound.) The weather was blustery, but during the sunshiney moments the neighbors were friendly. I had a rental car, and enjoyed the easy proximity to Coneys and Runzas, the Tattered Book and the public library, bird watching on the Platte River, the charming old Grand Theater where they played an old Star Wars movie and welcomed us with characters in full costume, and some intensely fun horse racing at the Fonner Park racetrack. All around a delightful, pleasant stay.
