This house is lovely , perfect for our family with a two yr old. Fenced in yard was so nice to have as was the playground at the entrance to the complex . One thing that stood out was how well labeled this house was . So easy to turn on the correct light , and find the pots and pans . I would totally stay here again

Location was ideal for my group that was in town for Mad Moose's Behind the Rocks trail races, about halfway between town & the trails. House was super clean & well-stocked with basics + kitchen had lots of appliances/cookware/etc to provide our own meals. Host was very responsive & communicative. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place with amazing views from almost every window. The hot tub was a great feature, kitchen included all things necessary for a meal, and washer and dryer came in clutch after a bike ride.

The location and cleanliness are unbeatable! Several of the duplexes on this street are AirBnbs and we've stayed at a few. This one is my favorite so far. There are plenty of kitchen tools to cook with, and they have basic seasonings you can use. The hot tub is new, clean, and plenty hot. The yard is well taken care of, everything was easy to find, and the host provided clear instructions for everything. We'll definitely stay again! The only heads-up I'd give other guests are the check-out instructions posted inside. You need to set aside about 30 min for check out. The 'asks' are completely reasonable: Start a laundry load of dirty towels, strip the beds, load/start the dishwasher, and a few additional pet related tasks if you bring one. Again, they didn't ask guests to do anything unreasonable, but if you're hitting the road early (like we had to), then this would have been useful information when deciding where to stay. This is great place, and we'll definitely be back!

Perfect location in Green River for our girls trip to Arches and Canyonlands (SE) one day and Capitol Reef and Goblin Valley another day (SW). Kitchen is equipped with what we need to cook our meals at home and overall was a comfortable place to stay.

Beautiful home with artistic touches in a quiet peaceful setting just 10 minutes from Moab. Quaint sounds of wild turkeys talking to each other in the brush in the adjacent vacant property every morning and evening. You won't be sorry.

All was as advertised. No surprises! Highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a quiet location outside of town yet not too far. Hot tub and pool was much appreciated.

place was clean and as described, Thompson's springs, is a tiny town but it was an easy distance from Maob and the national parks we were on our way to.

My wife and I have stayed at numerous Airbnbs in several states over the past few years and this is the absolute best! Check in was very easy. We simply checked in at the hotel check in desk and received our keys. There were no codes or instructions. The condo was immaculate! Every aspect was clean and tidy. The appliances were all very new and of up-graded quality. The dishes, glasses, cups and flatware are all of the highest quality and there was more than enough. The bed was extremely comfortable and the linens were exceptional. The decor is contemporary and tasteful. And an added bonus was the air hockey table! If you are traveling to Moab to go to Arches and Canyonlands, the location is perfect. It’s only five minutes to Arches and forty minutes to Canyonlands. Joy is a great host! She was very responsive and always positive. I cannot say enough great things about our experience!

Great home, very spacious for two couples and children. Both grandsons loved the queen size bunks (top, of course)! Remodeled commercial space (?) is thoughtfully decorated with a bit of a modern/industrial vibe. Very comfortable and well located one block off Moab's Main Street, which makes it quiet with easily access to downtown. Recommended!

The rental was well appointed, especially the kitchen. Our group consisted of two adult couples and a 9 year old. There was plenty of space in the living area, plus two large bathrooms. The heated pool and hot tub were great and a Weber grill on the patio was a bonus. The location right outside of Moab was also a plus. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

We loved this cozy apartment! The location was perfect just around the corner from shops and restaurants, and 10 minute drive from arches entrance! We didn’t cook there but it had everything you would need in the kitchen to prepare a meal. Very clean and tidy with nice furnishings. Bring by the main road it was a little loud at times with sirens but Destiney provided a white noise machine and ear plugs, it really didn’t bother us since we used to leave in Downtown Chicago, worth it for the location!

The location of this place is perfect if you’re looking to do anything in or around Moab! It’s just a 10 min drive to the heart of Main Street! We loved the ease of getting into Main Street but also having the peace of being a little more removed from town for quiet evenings. Would definitely recommend!

What is nice place. Chad’s place is very comfortable. We enjoyed our time there and visited Arches and Canyon Lands National Parks. Plenty of good restaurants and things to do. I would recommend it to everyone and would book it again.

Josh's place was fantastic. We came down for an ultra race, biking and hiking with family and friends. It was great to come back after a awesome day outdoors playing hard to a shower, place to hang out and comfy beds. Josh is a good host and was sure to leave clear instructions and responded quickly. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Dan‘s place was perfect for two couples. We had a master suite and there was plenty of space. The space was clean and close to downtown Moab. We would stay again, the next time we’re in town.

This condo was very clean and well-appointed. It was very comfortable and a pleasure staying here. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

This rental was perfect for our family. The beds were comfortable and the house is surprisingly quiet even with close townhome neighbors. There were 6 of us on this trip and it was a great fit. The upstairs jack and jill bath is a really great design with the tub and toilet each separated from each other and from the vanities. It allows everyone to get ready without as much conflict. The garage was actually big enough for two cars without using ninja skills.

We had a great stay here! The neighborhood is quiet, easy access to downtown Moab and all the trails, the place itself was clean, homey, and well-stocked. We would stay here again!
