Just grass, and a little red Texas dirt sprinkled with a few June Bugs in the summer. Prepare to see the stars at night and maybe a few deer munching on the raspberry bushes in the front yard. Washer and dryer, refrigerator has ice maker, self cleaning oven and a microwave will be at your fingertips. But you will be roughing it without a dishwasher.
