Lovely new-build colonial house with plunge pool

Casa Milan is a new-build colonial house, located in the city center of Granada. Just 1.5 block south you'll find the church and convent of San Francisco and 3 blocks more south you are in the hustle and bustle of La Calzada Street. With restaurants, bars and nightlife. It's 20 ft high ceilings create an open spacious feeling and keeping the house cool and fresh. You'll enjoy the plunge pool in the middle of the lounge area and both bedrooms have Air-Conditioning and their own private bathroom.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. A unique spot that shares a lap pool and a pavilion in a garden setting. This casita features private bathroom with an outdoor private garden shower , AC, WiFi . The’ queen bed has 100%cotton sheets and a mosquito net. The pavilion has refrigerator, sink, microwave, coffee maker, blender , single electric burner and toaster oven plus tables and chairs for dining and relaxing.***There is no hot water but the water temp is not cold.

La casa está ubicada en el casco colonial a cuatro cuadras del parque central y de La Calzada, la calle peatonal de bares y restaurantes.

High speed wireless network and cable TV. Separate A/C units are in each bedroom. Due to extremly high cost of electricity, the price includes A/C from 10pm to 7am. Additional A/C service is $20/day. There is a casita also located on the property that is occupied at times with shared driveway access.
