Es un lugar lindo, cómodo, limpio y acogedor. Con muy buena iluminación y ventilación. La zona me pareció muy tranquila, agradable y segura. Los anfitriones muy respetuosos y nada invasivos. Sharon en especial estuvo siempre disponible para resolver todas mis dudas, me apoyó con sugerencias siempre que lo necesité y me ayudó para facilitar mi estancia hasta donde le fué posible. Espero regresar muy pronto y sin duda alguna volvería a reservar con ella. Es una mujer muy cálida y amable. 100% recomendable!!!

Nice studio since the bedroom is separated from the kitchen by a wall. great place close to two restaurants and the Carretera al Sur groceries outlets. large parking space, felt very safe. The place is clean and eveything works. Geraldine is friendly and helpful. strongly recommended.

The place was just as described! Really close to the city center. Felt safe and the communication with Salvador was great.

Needed a place to stay close to work and it didn’t disappoint. The place was super clean and artsy with everything that is needed for an easy and trouble free stay. Also loved the self check in ! Desde el primer momento, la comunicación con el anfitrión fue excelente. El alojamiento estaba impecable, muy limpio, con todos los servicios tal como se describen en el anuncio. La cama era cómoda, el vecindario tranquilo y seguro, y la decoración tenía un toque acogedor que hizo que me sintiera como en casa. Se puede mover por la ciudad. ¡Definitivamente lo recomendaría y volvería sin dudarlo!

There are not enough characters here to describe how wonderful our experience was, the place was extremely spacious, luxurious and crisp clean. It's really great value. The views are incredible, it looks even more impressive in real than in the photos. The location is secluded, if you like to walk, towns are at ~20 minute walking distance or you can order a mototaxi for $2-$3 or so. Jannett was such a gracious host, we had a few tiny issues at start and she solved it so graciously, that we almost felt uncomfortable with her generous solution! The caretaker was wonderful too, as an added bonus we got to take care of their dog who lives on the premises, we miss our dog at home so this was great. There are 3 amazing trails nearby, they are not really marked well, but it's fairly easy to find them. You can easily spend 5-6 days here and do all the trails, visit the villages and unwind and relax. This is a true hidden gem and I would come back here without a doubt!!! Thank you!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful oasis! The space is incredibly spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax and unwind. The beds were so comfortable—we all slept like a dream! One of our favorite spots was the gorgeous hammock, perfect for lounging and soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. Our host was so accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. A special shoutout to Karin, the housekeeper, who did such a fantastic job keeping everything spotless and welcoming. If you’re looking for a relaxing, comfortable getaway, this is the place. We can’t wait to come back!

nice quiet place. it was a bit hard to find but I think it has more to do with Google map in nicaragua. it is 8 minutes from the center of the city but I needed a quiet night so it was perfect.

¡Muy buena estadía para nuestro grupo de 5 amigos! La casa estaba impecable y las 3 habitaciones muy cómodas. Tenía todo lo necesario y el patio interior fue un plus para charlar y relajarnos con música (la TV tenía internet). Gretchell es una anfitriona excelente. Muy buena comunicación, súper amable y el check-in fue fácil porque nos esperaba. Tuvimos un tema con la piscina (estaba cerrada), pero lo solucionó de inmediato consiguiéndonos pases para otra. ¡Muy eficiente! Además, nos consiguió taxi al aeropuerto en Managua ($60). Hay varios minimarkets cerca, lo cual es práctico. Totalmente recomendado. Lugar cómodo y Gretchell muy atenta. Solo ojo si van con niños pequeños: hay una terraza en el segundo piso sin protección. ¡Por lo demás, perfecto! Volveríamos.

De las casas más bonitas que he visitado en Nicaragua, todo súper implacable y súper bien equipada, te siente como en un hotel pero en casa, lo volvería a visitar sin duda

I might not have the right words to rate this place but here I come : very quiet, clean, private, close to the airport, close to one of the municipal hospital in case of an emergency, you can feel like you are home away from home, clean property the host it’s very communicative I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family members back home and the price make it even better 😇🙏🏼⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This worked out perfectly for a late flight into Managua. The lovely lady who works there (Nohemi) answered our driver's call after 11pm, to help guide him to the place (there are no exact addresses in Nica, it seems). She was then waiting for us in the driveway to flag us down (and we were even later than expected trying to sort out our ride!). The place was clean and very secure. Nohemi walked out in the morning to get us milk for our cereal :)

Es un lugar muy amplio, iluminado, limpio y organizado. El sector es muy tranquilo, con restaurant, tiendas, farmacias y supermercados cerca. Me sentí muy cómodo en todo momento, estuvieron pendientes de mí, me dieron recomendaciones y ayuda, muy útiles. Mi experiencia fue excelente, extremadamente recomendable que hospeden acá.

Listing is precisely as indicated in description/photos at time of my stay. Clean, good security measures and appliances in working condition. Air conditioning works very well and there is even warm water. Host was kind and diligently helped to make my last minute evening reservation faster, even despite me feeling impatient due to it being the final few hours of visiting my girlfriend and me wanting to accomplish some things with her before taking my flight at 2am. It was easy for my girlfriend to go back and spend the remainder of the night there after I left because there is a remote control key (and / or code) that opens and closes the property entrance gate in addition to keys to your own particular apartment studio room. I saw that there is also a washer and dryer available for use. This place is walking distance to many restaurants and stores, close to some malls, and only about 11 or 13 minutes from the airport. It is also located on the same road as the airport.

Me encantó mi estancia en Kodu Apartments. El lugar es limpio, moderno, bien equipado, y las instalaciones como la piscina y el gimnasio están en excelente estado. La ubicación es conveniente y segura, con fácil acceso a todo. Además, las instalaciones están en perfecto estado. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí.

This place is awesome! Stayed there twice and always had a great experience and just walk down the street and have all kinds of kinds of restaurants.

nous avons passé qu'un court séjour dans cet établissement faute de place mais tout s'est bien passé. nous avons été très bien accueilli. l'appartement est spacieux et confortable. la cuisine est bien équipée . Le jardin est agréable et la résidence bien sécurisée.
