Good space, clean, quiet, will visit again.

Had a lovely longer-term stay here. The house is beautiful with classic old New England character but totally modern features inside. Walking distance to several walking trails and coffee shops and short drives to countless places for swimming, hiking, rock climbing, and walking. The hosts were extremely kind and accommodating. No complaints here, we had a wonderful stay!

This place was spotless and extremely homey, the host was so fast at responding and pleasure to have stayed in this beautiful location!

My friend and I stayed in this lovely home when visiting Hanover for a business school reunion. We are both moms and it was the perfect place for a peaceful escape from our busy lives! It was a quick, easy walk into town and the right balance of convenience and quiet. Also extremely well stocked! Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Comfortable condo. Location convenient to Bank of NH, which was the reason for our trip to the area. The chairs on the balcony weren't comfortable to sit in, so we didn't really use it. If you have mobility issues, avoid booking a reservation at any of the condos in this complex. There are steep stairs down to the entrance, and then you have to go up the stairs into the condo. It wasn't a big deal for us. Otherwise, we would likely stay here again.

This is our second stay at this place. It was perfect for our 3 day trip to ski and visit the area. I was excited to see they added a gym also to the lodge as well. Will definitely book again!

Lovely quiet condo conveniently located close to snow tubing and ice castles. Fit 3 adults and 4 children quite comfortably. Full amenities, with plenty of extra pillows, blankets, and linens. Jensen was very kind and quick to respond to any questions.

Thank you to Leif and the family for a great stay! Leif was a fabulous host, being very helpful and responsive. His wife was also very nice and shoveled out the walk way for us. The place was just as described in the listing. Comfy beds with easy access to the ski way. Thanks Leif!

From the moment we drove up and upon entering this beautiful place we felt like we were in our own "Happy Place". This is a place we would love to build for ourselves someday. Morning coffee & tea on the dock was very peaceful overlooking Paugus Bay and the fall foliage was very Beautiful. Christine and Corey are wonderful hosts and this was the second time we have rented one of their homes; we will definitely be back again to both locations and have been highly recommending them to our friends. This house was great for a ski weekend with friends and our dog. We were able to cook together and hang out after a long day on the slopes.

From booking to check-out, everything was seamless. The house was clean, had lots of amenities, and Caitlin was very responsive to my questions. We had an amazing time at our concert, Weirs Beach, and hiking in different areas. Looking forward to booking with her again. Thank you!

Our multi-generational family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lee's very lovely home. We especially enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and eating together in the large dining room. The outdoor space was also simply exquisite. We would love to return in warmer weather to fully enjoy the back garden. The windchimes alone emanate peace and tranquility to all who visit. The rail trail access right across the bridge made for some memorable walking. Next time we will go even further! Thanks again, Lee - we had a great visit.

This was our first time to visit New Hampshire and hike here. James' BNB was a great location to explore from... it was very peaceful and away from the busy tourist areas, but very accessible to get to different areas in the White Mountain National forest for hikes, with Welch/Dickey (our favorite hike) being just 1/2 mile up Orris Road. There also is a great hike up in Waterville area off Boulder Rd, and many hiking options off the Smarts Brook trailhead all of which are very close by. All the other areas were generally within 30 minutes drive. The unit was as described and we appreciated the nice pans, cutlery, stove/refrig for making meals. Having a washer/dryer in the unit was a big plus. The bed was comfy. Lots of hot water was welcome for cleaning up! James was very quick to respond to questions. Would recommend this BNB to others visiting the area.

After a long day of driving from New York, and hikes at Franconia Notch State park, Julianne’s condo was a perfect getaway to stay in Laconia with backyard lake views to die for. The condo was clean and cozy. The highlight of the stay was watching the sunset from the balcony and admiring the stars at the private sandy beach. The host was very responsive. Thank you for the clear and precise instructions beforehand, everything was simple and straightforward. I would 100% recommend this place! :)

My partner and I had the best time here! We loved every second of it and didn’t want to leave. It was the perfect size and very cozy. Joshua was an extremely nice host. He responded to my concerns or questions in a timely manner, and was just overall really nice and welcoming. Would definitely book again!

We booked Gregory’s condo on the same day that we arrived! He gave us the instructions for check in right away and it was smooth sailings. Kids enjoyed the pool and the 10 min shuttle to Loon mountain was easy! Great stay.

Nice roomy comfortable space for two moms and three adult children. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. Good location for getting to Bank of NH for a concert. Within driving distance to restaurants, grocery stores and Weirs beach. We didn't know how to adjust a digital thermometer. I had to message Ryan late at night. He got back to me right away and was super helpful. We had a memorable and pleasant time enjoying the lakes region of NH. Thank you, Ryan!
