Жилая площадь виллы состоит из 2 апартаментов. Первые апартаменты разделены на гостиную, полностью оборудованную кухню, две спальни (одна с двуспальной кроватью и одна с двумя односпальными кроватями) и ванную комнату с душем. Вторые апартаменты разделены на гостиную, полностью оборудованную кухню, одну спальню с двуспальной кроватью и ванную комнату с душем. В обеих гостиных, в обеих апартаментах, есть по одному дивану-кровати для еще одного человека в каждой. Во дворе виллы есть бассейн (22,5 м² ), оборудованный шезлонгами, зонтиком и душем на открытом воздухе, а также крытая терраса площадью 12 м² с садовой мебелью и барбекю. Кондиционер, беспроводной доступ в Интернет, спутниковое телевидение, посудомоечная машина, стиральная машина, детская кроватка и стульчик для кормления, а также парковка на территории предоставляются бесплатно. Магазин и ресторан находятся на расстоянии 350 м, а центр острова Вир — на расстоянии 2000 м. Ближайший пляж, пляж Мильковица, находится на расстоянии 450 м от поместья.
