Der gesamte Aufenthalt im der Villa war sehr schön. Alles sieht genauso aus wie auf den Fotos (wenn nicht sogar noch schöner). Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und perfekt zum Wohlfühlen. Zusätzlich besitzt es in 3 von 4 Zimmern und im Wohnzimmer gute Fernseher auf welchen man zB auch Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. schauen kann. Der Pool macht die ganze Anlage perfekt. Die Lage des Hauses ist etwas abgelegen, doch trotzdem ist man mit dem Auto gut angebunden. Supermärkte sind in Reichweite von 10 min. Die Stadt Trogir, welche auch etwas bietet und sehr schön ist, erreicht man in 15 min. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie geben Tipps zum Aufenthalt und sind für Fragen immer erreichbar und kümmern sich um alle Anliegen der Gäste.

A Truly Special Stay – With a Few Helpful Tips We had an amazing stay at Antonio’s home—hands down one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever experienced. The house is beautifully maintained, well-stocked, and the hospitality from Antonio and his family was above and beyond. Hospitality: From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed. Antonio greeted us with a delicious meat and cheese tray and fresh šalap bread. On our last night, his family prepared and delivered a homemade dinner of grilled squid, whole fish, and a lovely potato salad. He also gave us fantastic local recommendations for Split and Kaštela—some of the best meals of our trip came from his tips! The whole experience was great from the start! I honestly cannot recommend this place enough. Ana is very quick to respond, and is very friendly during the booking process and after. The place itself is stunning! We came as a group of colleagues, but it's equally as great for families. We spent most of our time in the garden / pool, where you have everything you need for a holiday: lounge chairs, plenty of seating area, pool, BBQ. The shade is also nicely distributed around the garden so you can be in a cool spot all day. The balconies are great too. If you want to have an amazing view for breakfast, do yourself a favour and have it on the balcony. Lastly, shop is only about 10 minutes away walking, and it's quite a big one, so you can always stay topped up. I strongly recommend this house and can't wait to be back there again!

très bon séjour de 4 jours chez Zarko il était disponible et nous a conseillé sur les activités et commerces à proximité le logement est propre et assez grand pour une famille de 6 personnes il est bien situé pour visiter Split et les alentours nous garderons un très bon souvenir de notre passage chez Zarko

Super logement et super hôte. Tina est très attentive à notre confort. Nous a prévu un en-cas (un véritable repas) à cause de notre arrivée tardive. Le jardin est magnifique et très agréable avec de belles terrasses. Une tortue est présente, c'était notre plaisir de la chercher avec les enfants. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine chauffée, les enfants ont adoré l'aire de jeu.

Bosko & Ana's villa is a dream! The location could not be more perfect. 1 min walk to the town beach, a little shop on the corner for necessities & restaurants all within 5 mins walk. Bosko arranged an airport transfer & was waiting for us when we arrived. He immediately made us feel comfortable, relaxed and at home in the villa. He & Ana were super responsive hosts & made us feel welcome while giving us privacy & space during our stay. The layout of the villa is perfect for families, with a ground floor en-suite room for grandparents, 3 en-suite rooms upstairs & an open pool area for kids. We had a wonderful stay & didn't want to leave- I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the villa.

Great week! Accommodation is in a great location, can walk to the water front easily for restaurants or going to the beach. The pool is A1, does look like it does in the pictures and very clean in good condition. Plenty of room, although we were mostly alone in it but is shared between the other apartments. We had a car, but for those car free the bus 37 goes right Infront of the apartment which runs from Trogir -> Split Airport -> Split...so has good connections to the main places you may want to go. Would be happy to recommend!

Nasja and her Dad were brilliant hosts and highly responsive. The villa was extremely well appointed and we would highly recommend staying here.

Our stay at the villa was excellent. Very hospitable and helpful hosts, an amazing view from the terraces over Split and a beautifully decorated and well-equipped house made us feel at home. It is definitely a place to come back to.

Nice and quite place. Easy to reach Split by Bus (the stop is 1 min by foot from the house). Hosts are really nice and friendly.

Nous étions 12 personnes en juillet 2024. La villa est très jolie et correspond entièrement aux descriptions. L‘aller et retour de l’aéroport très facile via taxi, organiser par Goran. Les équipements extérieurs permettent de passer un agréable séjour. L’accès à la mer est très rapide à pied. Nous avons été très bien accueilli et cerise sur le gâteau la propriétaire nous a apporté des gourmandises faites maison .

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dieser fantastischen Unterkunft und hatten wundervolle Tage am Pool in dieser großen und sauberen Unterkunft. Unser Host war dabei sehr zuvorkommend und hat immer schnell auf unsere Wünsche reagiert. Wir können Josip und seine Villa Vitis nur weiterempfehlen!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und alles lief reibungslos! Der Kontakt mit Mirela war immer sehr freundlich und es wurde meist innerhalb der nächsten 5 Minuten geantwortet. Alles war sehr sauber und für 5 Personen war mehr als ausreichend Platz. Ich würde allerdings niemandem empfehlen direkt an Ostern anzureisen, da in Kroatien auch viele Restaurants geschlossen haben. Hier haben wir allerdings ein paar sehr gute Empfehlungen von Mirela erhalten. Als einzigen kleinen Kritikpunkt könnte man ein paar fehlende Küchengeräte nennen. Aber man konnte natürlich auch ohne Toaster und Mikrowelle super dort kochen. Ich kann "The Cube" auf jeden Fall uneingeschränkt empfehlen! :)

Absolutely beautiful Airbnb. You cant beat the space, the private beach. Closeness to the airport, walking distance to beach and restaurants. Easy uber to the cities. 10/10 recommended.

Such an amazing villa. Went with a group of 8 and there was plenty of room. The views are amazing and the outside area is beautiful with a heated pool and 2 lovely seating areas. The hosts were also amazing, very responsive and happy to help whenever we had a query. Would 100% recommend this place.

Nada was a great host. She and her husband were very welcoming and courteous. The check in as well as the check out was very easy and they were very flexible. The house is amazing if you’re looking for a place to yourself. We loved the outdoor kitchen! We had an amazing stay!

Séjour parfait à Split entre amis. Le logement est spacieux et la literie est confortable. La communication et la réactivité de Dennis est exemplaire Superbe piscine entouré d’oliviers et d’une zone couverte avec barbecue. Nombreux bains de soleils et parasols à disposition. Split est à 20 min de voitures, prévoyez une voiture de location Je recommande vivement

We as a group of 13 stayed here for a week. The property was pristine, clean, luxurious and comfortable. The beach was in a walkable distance, supermarkets and restaurants were in the close vicinity. Above all the host was really friendly and even offered us home made pekka ( traditional croatian dish ) for a dinner. I am sure we would not have any second thoughts to stay here once again.

We loved the place, felt right at home. We would stay again, for sure! we did a long stay, over 30 days.
