The living room and the main bedroom have two glass doors that give access to a terrace and flood the room with natural light, overlooking a typical Plaza de Gràcia with trees. The terrace has been strategically decorated to provide comfort and allow you to enjoy sunny days, it has a table, chairs, sun loungers, electric awnings and beautiful irrigated plants that provide a feeling of freshness and tranquility to the environment. In addition, this beautiful penthouse has a single bedroom with a trundle bed, a complete bathroom, a dining room for 6, and a fully equipped kitchen ... and it is a pet friendly apartment! The interior colors convey freshness, tranquility, confidence, well-being, positive energy, stimulate creativity and reading. TOURIST TAX: 6.88€ per night per person, for up to 7 nights (adults only). The guest must pay the tourist accommodation tax, which is €6.88 per night per person, for up to 7 nights. Starting on April 1, 2026, the amount will be €10.45 per night per person, up to a maximum of 7 nights. LAUNDRY SERVICE (EXTRA CHARGE) In addition, we offer a convenient laundry service available, which comes with an extra charge. -Our standard cleaning schedule is halfway through stays of 5 days or more.
