The bungalow is located adjacent to the owners home within a quiet neighborhood and just 20 miles from both Oklahoma City and Norman. Enjoy privacy in a separate 1 bedroom cabin with king size Tempurpedic bed and Queen sleeper sofa. Well equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi and Smart TV. Pool available from May to September - shared with hosts and one other guesthouse. We can arrange for private pool time for your family 2 hrs daily. POLICY: No smoking or pets. Parties/ events need special permission and additional fees.

Unique barndominium minutes from I-40. This quiet space has wifi and TV in the living area. The master bedroom has a queen bed as well as a desk and TV. The smaller bedroom has a full-size bed. There is one spacious bathroom with a tile shower, washer and dryer. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, gas stove, microwave and dishwasher. The standout feature of this property is a 40X40 enclosed barn, perfect for multi-vehicles and trailer parking as well as hunters. Door to barn is 9X10.

Hinton Guest House-I-40 & Route 66-No Cleaning Fee

The Guest House is a place for rest and relaxation. It is filled with natural light and comfortable furnishings. We hope to provide hospitality & respite for travelers & folks visiting family. We've seen memes & complaints regarding some Airbnb listings' cleaning fees & ridiculous checkout requirements! That's not us. To make the process more transparent, we don't have a cleaning fee. Rest assured, we won't expect you to take out the trash, do the laundry, or clean the House when you depart.

Some areas are still under construction like the Koi pond that will be constructed in the near future. The area is fenced and well lit at night. There is plenty of seating areas, picnic areas, hot tub, fire pit and a grill. The Johnny Bench Museum is located on Main Street, 3 blocks away. We look forward to being your hosts.

If you like a little extra in your travels, you're welcome to our 1300 sq. ft. Guest Home on a 17 acre setting just 35 minutes from downtown OKC or 20 minutes from Weatherford OK. Secure location with a gated entry and some quiet scenic country but just a short drive away from the action in OKC. Great place for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and a family with children. NO parties or large groups. No more than 6 people on the premises.
