The accommodation consists of a large living room with fully equipped kitchen with hob, electric oven/microwave, washing & drying machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster... 2 dining areas: at the bar or at the table for 4. The living room area with TV and sofa bed of 120x200. The bedroom has a very comfortable bed 140x195, a wardrobe and a desk. Bathroom with shower. TV with international channels, high speed Wifi and air conditioning. The apartment is secured with security door and videophone. Convenience : Personalized delivery of the keys at arrival. Arrivals are from 3pm until 8pm. It is possible to get the keys earlier depending on availability. Between 8pm and 11pm, additional cost: 25 € Arrivals after 11pm have an additional cost of 40 €. Departures are before 11am. Weekly cleaning (option): 50 € Supplements to be paid on the spot in cash. Pool and private garden in the condominium.
