It was wonderful to stay in Chapel Hill for a few days! Carolynn and Roland are very hospitable and wonderful people, who immediately make you feel at home. Every morning I enjoyed a delicious breakfast and had nice conversations with Carolynn. The house is located in a beautiful and quiet area, but within walking distance of Lynton and Lynmouth. The walk to Watersmeet is also definitely worth it! Or the Exmoor Coaster open bus service to Porlock and Minehead. Also, if you do not have a car at your disposal, you can easily take the bus from Barbrook to Lynton/Lynmouth.

This place was amazing. Linda saw me driving up towards the house and came to help me reverse into the parking space. She then brought me a pot of hot tea to the room. What a lovely welcome. The place looks amazing inside with lots of paintings, crochets, and Welsh blankets. The breakfast is all homemade and is fresh produce off the farm, and includes homemade jams and a mini Hovis loaf. There was such an amazing attention to detail here. Each moment was a delight. We had a lovely chat over breakfast when Linda told me she'd been running the bed and breakfast for 41 years! I can clearly see this B&B is their passion. I was only expecting a room for the night, but I got a lot more.

May and Simon made us feel at home with a view of the river and close to Lampeter town centre to walk. Really friendly couple and comfortable bed and great walk-in shower too! When we're back in Lampeter we'll stay here again, thanks from Ali and Simon

I really loved this stay. Super friendly and welcoming, I felt immediately right at home. The bedroom is huge and beautifully decorated, in fact every room that I saw was a masterpiece. Breakfast was ready when I woke up, which was simple, healthy, and delicious. The location was walkable from town (albeit up some big hills, but where isn't in Swansea? Besides, the views make it worth it), and being able to park without worrying when 3 hours was up was a great perk. This is one of my favourite airbnbs I have stayed in, it might even take the top spot! I really hope there is a room free when I next come and visit!

This was my second stay with Carol. she is a lovely lady, very interesting. Her home is very charming. Carol makes the best breakfasts , the shakshuka is a must. I really enjoy talking with Carol. she has led a very interesting life and knows so much about the world. I would heartily recommend this lovely accomadation.

Kaye was an incredibly attentive, caring and helpful host who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was the best it could be. She lives in the house but of course lets us go about our day and is always up for a good conversation, too. She gave us great recommendations about what to do around the Laugharne and wider areas. The breakfast was also delicious every morning. If you want a rejuvenating and cosy country getaway in Wales, look no further than staying with Kaye at Powis Cottage! Very cozy, little apartment. Perfect for hiking around and exploring breacon beacons, even if without a car. Lynne was very helpful and friendly and even left a little breakfast, which was very helpful

Highly recommend this little haven . Lovely and comfortable environment to relax in and escape for a few days. lots to see and do in the local area too. Pam and Hayden make you feel extremely welcome and nothing is too much trouble for them. We will be returning again soon.

Rhian's place is in a lovely spot, nice and quiet. All you could need is catered for in your room with fantastic breakfasts in the morning. Rhian was really helpful in giving information on places to visit. Lovely place, would recommend to anyone.

Excellent value for money to have a break away from the hustle and bustle of life in the heart of nature in Carmarthenshire. A modest add-on cooked Breakfast was excellent value for money(not included in cost of room). Rooms were clean with all basic needs met. Pembrokeshire coast is about 45 mts - 1 hour drive away depending on where you want to go. You can also enjoy the company of sheep and cows in the nearby fields of the farm along with exhilarating views of the surrounding hills and sunset Judy and Stephen, the hosts were very welcoming and helpful and hospitable

Very good picturesque view from bed and bathrooms. Only 2miles from Tenby. Very good b/fast delivered to room on tray. Clean and safe, friendly owners. Parking right outside front door may be a bit tight but always accessible. Sat nav takes you 100yds past coming from Tenby but knock on a door and ask if not sure soon get directed to right house. A vey pleasant stay.

We had a very pleasant stay at Viv's vegan B&B on our round trip through Wales. The room is very nicely designed and furnished. Everything looks very harmonious and the view of the sea is beautiful. The room is very quiet. We felt very comfortable. The accommodation is close to New Quay. You can go on a dolphin watching tour from there. The vegan breakfast was very tasty and plentiful. Viv is a very warm host. Thanks for everything.

What a little gem of a place! Such a relaxing but private place to stay. Cosy roomy interior with wood burner all set ready for lighting. Luckily the weather was good so the fire was not needed but we were able to take advantage of chilling on a garden bench surveying the rolling countryside.What a treat!Thelma was very friendly and helpful and cooked us a delicious breakfast which was served for us in privacy of their large conservatory .We only stayed for 1 night but felt truly relaxed on return home.We will definitely be returning intconservatory

Racheal is a fantastic host—very kind, attentive, and provides excellent service. The cake and breakfast were a lovely touch! I highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting North Wales. A great Airbnb experience overall.

Very comfy place, clean and peaceful. Beautiful village of Camrose. Karen is a great host, ensures her guests are well taken care of. Breakfast was a nice touch, fresh figs, thanks Karen!

Stayed as part of the wye valley walk. Slept well and breakfast next morning was good and set us up for the next day.

Fantastic stay - the rooms were clean and the host and owner were both so friendly. Very quiet and the pub downstairs was great. They provided snacks and teas/coffee/juices for the morning. Will definitely stay again if we’re in the area

We had a great stay at Claudine & David’s place, they were extremely welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and the bed very comfy with a lovely view out to sea. The location was perfect for exploring the local sites - you can walk to Lynton and the valley of the rocks (the vernacular railway is within a 5 min walk if you don’t fancy climbing the hill!)

Anita was really friendly and helpful and she and Leo the dog made us very welcome, she even did breakfast birthday candles and sang happy birthday to my partner in Welsh. Stunning location and views, very near the waterfall trail, also lots of local pubs to choose from. The room was absolutely spotless and thoughtfully decorated and very comfy bed. Highly recommend.
