Mooi vakantieverblijf op een schitterende locatie aan het water, en toch maar 15 minuten van Amsterdam. Het maakt onderdeel uit van onze eigen woning, maar is een zelfstandige wooneenheid, heeft prachtig uitzicht, zowel voor op het water, en achter op tuin. Het ligt aan een zeer rustig weggetje waar nog ca 20 andere vrijstande huizen aan liggen. De rivier de Vecht is heerlijk om in te zwemmen, schoon helder water, en natuurlijk op te varen. Er is een kleine roeiboot aanwezig en 2 kano's.

Kanoën, zwemmen, varen, surfen of suppen vanaf je eigen steiger in het pittoreske Waterland. Het huis is in 2021 volledig gerenoveerd. Vanuit de woonkamer heb je een prachtig vrij uitzicht over het water. Het huis staat direct aan de dijk zonder weg of fietspad tussen jou en het meer. Eigen vervoer is sterk aan te raden.

Bedroom 2: tree house bed that accommodates 2 children or alternatively grownups (mattresses are 2 meters long). Bedroom 3: large couch that turns into a comfortable double bed. Bedroom 4: double bed.

You can find our very nice familyhome in one of the most beautiful areas of Amsterdam. In front of our house you will find a beautiful city lake, park and a little beach which is absolutely great in summer! The tram stops around the corner and takes you to the city centre within only 15 minutes. We live in a child friendly neighbourhood with a lots of activities you can undertake. Haarlem and Zandvoort are very close and easily reachable with public transport.
