The house is located just across the street from Menemsha Hills conservation area, providing hiking trails and access to North Shore beach. Outdoor area includes charcoal grill and seating . Large back yard with yard games, basketball hoop and fire pit.

Historic Cobblestone Carriage House near Downtown
