We loved our stay! The house was spacious and the backyard was perfect to hang out after being in the river. Megan was super responsive and friendly. Would definitely come back and stay here.

This last-minute booking turned into a total jackpot. Options in the area were slim, and our expectations were even slimmer—until we found this gem! From the moment we pulled in, we were pleasantly surprised. It’s charming, peaceful, and so cozy we instantly felt at home. Our fur baby rediscovered her inner farm dog, and I rediscovered the joy of sipping coffee on a quiet porch while watching chickens and cows live their best lives. The kitchen had everything we needed, the living space was roomy, and the bedrooms were cozy, clean, and perfect for a good night’s sleep. The small details were exactly how an Airbnb should be—a true home away from home. Bonus: it’s stocked like they read your mind. Forgot something? They’ve got it. With a gated entrance, covered parking, and views for days, this place was the perfect peaceful reset. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Drove in from Dallas for a wedding and had an amazing time!! The place is clean and beautiful. Charlene was extremely accommodating and helpful, will definitely be booking this if we are in the area again!

I have stayed here twice now for an annual trip to the area and we will continue to stay here going forward. The remoteness and setting in the country makes this place very special. Truly a gem.

Really enjoyed the stay at Jamie’s place. Her tent was clean and the mini fridge fit a lot more than I expected! Short walk down to the river.

Loved the place. The kayaking was the best. This was a last minute find and well worth it. The staff were super nice. The San Marcos river was just right. Not to mention we spent a long time on the rope swing part of the float. It was awesome. Can wait to try the rest. Thank you for making my birthday and the eclipse memorable. I love that you have staff on 24/7. Super cool.

This place never disappoints. I love the self check in just everything about this place. The host is ready to answer all your questions. I recommend this place to my family and friends.

From the moment we arrived at the WahWah property we knew we would want to come back. It’s such a nice step away from the busy day to day life. We really enjoyed getting to enjoy each other and the outdoors without a phone or TV to distract us. The provided golf cart was great and we enjoyed driving through the property. We were lucky and saw plenty of deer, a turkey and 2 armadillos! We got to experience Fly Fishing with Ryan from Go Outside and Explore and it’s safe to say we are hooked 😉 Will defiantly be back in the warmer months so we can take full advantage of the San Marcos River!

I've had the pleasure of staying in several cabins. The ones in Seguin are my top choice. Nevertheless, at this location I appreciate the river's depth and the cabin's capacity to comfortably sleep 9 people. Thank you, and I'll be using your services again.

Amazing Stay! It was a beautiful stay. My family and i decided to do a last minute trip and we enjoyed it. It was a amazing environment with a beautiful view. Our host offered to buy us some firewood and was very helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our stay. It was relaxing and very comfortable. We had an issue where they closed this location and gave us a choice to stay at another property. We moved to the Cibolo Rio location in Marion. We had to pack everything up but it was more than worth it. They gave us a free cabana and kayak rentals for the duration of our stay. I highly recommend and we’ll definitely be back.
