The ground floor has a toilet, fully equipped kitchen (with microwave, ceramic stove, dishwasher and oven), two double bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub, and the basement features a living area with sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom with steam shower. The apartment also has Wi-Fi, excellent soundproofing, a fireplace and a large outdoor terrace. Free parking is available. Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

Es liegt auf 1.000 m an einem Südhang - mit herrlichem Blick auf die beeindruckenden Berge des Berchtesgadener Lands. Man hat das ganze Haus (100 qm) und den Garten für sich. So kann man es sich im Liegestuhl auf Balkon und 2 Terrassen richtig gemütlich machen. Eine Besonderheit ist das Schlafzimmer mit großem Panoramafenster.
