This wee cottage was built in 1877, and was a stand-alone kitchen in her former life. Front porch was enclosed to give more interior space, and she's been fully insulated, has new working windows, french doors, and an expanded back porch. Efficiency kitchen, with hot plate, fridge/freezer, full-sized microwave. An outdoor smoker/grill and fire pit are just off the porch for outdoor cooking. Native planted gardens wrap around this cottage making it a hummingbird and butterfly haven!

We have 9 ac. on high ground. There is also a golf cart on property. ATv's are allowed. Great for family get togethers. You can fish, swim, bbq, or hang out around the fire and watch the sun set. Jacuzzi on property.
