Charles was very helpful when our travel plans were disrupted by car troubles. His communications and flexibility were much appreciated, and the place was great!

This is the most wonderful little retreat in the trees! I loved the area and peace and quiet. J.R's place is beautiful with lots of light. I came with my sister and we had the best time. We walked to the winery down the street and did a hike up Coyote Wall during the day. JR had lovely recommendations and even a parks parking pass. We already want to come back!

Bridget and Joshua were excellent hosts - super fast response to any questions we had and always helpful. The house was warm, spacious and perfect for 3 of us up here for an early season fly fishing trip. Kitchen is well stocked, lots of sofa/armchair space for relaxing in the evening and other amenities like washer/dryer made it a great choice for us. We’d stay here again for sure!

What a FANTASTIC place! Great location, beautiful decor, comfy beds, wonderful layout, plenty of fluffy towels, well stocked - We could not ask for more. The hosts are the sweetest and very kind and also allowed us to check in a bit early when we arrived in town in advance of our scheduled eta and responded almost immediately to any communications. The home was absolutely spotless from top to bottom we felt right at home the moment we opened the front door. Peaceful views of the Columbia River and we loved watching the barges float by (we are native to The Dalles and grew up watching the trains and barges from our grandparents home up on Hermits Way). THANK YOU so much for sharing your fantastic space with us. We'd love to stay with you again!!

Nice place, good location for me beings it was close to where I grew up, and the salmon were running, unfortunately for me, work kept calling me away and didn’t get to stay there as much as I wanted to

Comfortable and clean condo right in Government Camp. Very comfortable beds, easy check-in.

The place was clean, well located, cozy. Very close to all 3 Mg Hood resorts and easy walk to Government camp. Great guides to the house and area. The TV is much bigger than in the photos. Like 55” Will be back!

A great place for a weekend unplugged from the busyness of life!
