Our family really enjoyed our stay. The beach was really close and beautiful, and uncrowded . The house has been well maintained and has had loads of extra spaces added. We used their grill which worked great, enjoyed their fireplace and the kids loved the game room. Super convenient to use the garage door for loading and unloading. Lots of parking places and really reasonable pricing! Thanks for the great memories!

This is my second time staying here, and I am ready for a third visit! Super convenient condo above a delicious restaurant, lots of room to spread out and be comfortable (the beds upstairs and downstairs are so comfy!). Big kitchen! Playing scrabble and watching the ocean—you cannot go wrong with a stay here!

Great location, private, beautiful land, walk to the beach!

We had a spur of the moment decision to spend thanksgiving weekend at this wonderful location, mind you it’s an rv park with mini houses. It is right on the Rouge River and steps away from the coast line we stayed in #36 and it was perfect you could see the beach from the tiny house. The kitchen supplies are rudimentary but enough to make a meal. It was a bit cold but other than that it was a great little place to stay! The surrounding sites are amazing, Myrtle Wood Trail is a must, Oregon Redwoods is a must! The surrounding towns are great too! The grocery shopping in Gold Beach was great. We loved it. Can’t wait to go back!!! Thank you!!!!

Beautiful place to stay! The amazing sandy beach is just 3min walk away, or the mouth of the river just 2min walk. And, the big backyard is just perfect for kids and pets! Of course the pool was a big hit with our kids! Great location to discover the beautiful nature around, while feeling like you are glamping at a great place. Really recommend!

I am looking forward to staying again. Though it wasn’t beach front it was nice and private. It is a beautiful place to stay. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The private beach was beautiful too…

Very cute and private stay. Small town with small businesses around. Nice and quiet.

The House is spacious with three gathering spaces including the solarium., three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The dining table comfortably accommodated 9 people for dinner one night as we have local friends. The kitchen is well appointed and functional for the three of us that like to cook. The beds were great, the bathrooms well stocked and the view from the living room, the upper bedroom and the front yard is stunning. Most importantly we had fun and plan to return!

What a lovely location. We rented the lower unit, the entire house can be rented and what an amazing vacation that would be. Our apartment had everything we needed, we were hunkering down during a wild wind storm and had great views and a cozy space to ride out the storm.

Place was newly renovated and had a beautiful view. The outdoor area made the place. Definitely would stay again!

The exquisitely beautiful and remote setting of the Sixes cabin is a treasure. Whether hiking along the river towards the ocean (muddy boots can be washed!) or enjoying a cozy fire and gazing out the wall of windows, it is a unique combination of farm and ocean. Driving to nearby Cape Blanco Light House and the historic Hughes House and then looking north gave an added perspective of the ranch, ocean and rocks. Even the cows and dogs added to the memorable experience.

Beautiful home with spectacular river and ocean views. Gated and private on two lush acres (with a little waterfall!), but close to town. We saw deer, seals, and so many birds. Loved the details - pleasantly surprising amenities, ready for cooking, clean in every corner, and comfortable beds and furniture. Mark is a great host! We’ll be back.

Beautiful view from the balcony! Only thing that would make it better was out of our control. Weather was a bit windy 😂 No matter what weather you may get, you can’t beat the location and view! Unfortunately, redfish restaurant was closed but great burgers at the dive. Thanks for the quick view of your gallery. Hope to come back to the area sometime.

Exceptional location, and gated access made us feel very secure. The windows were a little hazy, but the view is stunning. A beautiful, well-cultivated walk leads down to an absolutely perfect private-access beach. Linens and towels were fluffy, good quality, and very clean. The whole property was clean and well-appointed. Nice coffee options. There are three parking spots directly in front of the unit, and we always found at least one open, which made for super convenient loading and unloading of luggage. No stairs. The highway is close enough that it was obvious when heavy vehicles went by, but it never bothered us. Didn't hear road noise at night, and the highway proximity just means that town/shops/restaurants are easily accessible. Apart from that little bit of daytime road noise, the property was very quiet and peaceful. Didn't hear any neighbors, and the ones we encountered outside were very nice. I would rent here again.

I can’t say enough how much my Husband and I enjoyed our stay at Trudy’s, this was one of the nicest, cleanest, fully stocked and well decorated homes we’ve ever stayed in! The convenience of the elevator, and the ability to park in the garage was an added bonus! With beautiful views this home offers we were even able to enjoy a gorgeous sunset on Valentine’s Day! Thank you so much Trudy in helping to make our getaway a memorable one! We will definitely be returning!

We, a group of 3 couples enjoyed our stay very much. The house was very nice and accommodated all of our needs. The view of the ocean was amazing. We enjoyed hiking in Jedediah Smith Redwoods State Park. Would definitely stay there again.

This place is better than the pictures. They don’t do it justice. The house was very clean, I’m a stickler on clean floors and I could walk barefoot in this house! The walk to the beach is like 2mins max it’s pretty much her back yard and then the ocean. We will be staying here again for sure and my boyfriend has already recommended it to his friends.

This is truly the escape you are looking for! The Lake House is in a rustic setting yet has all the comforts of home. We highly recommend staying here as we will again in the future!!

My only complaint was the weather but it’s the Oregon coast so it’s always a gamble ;) but that said I think this was by far my favorite Oregon coast trip the family and I have taken. The house and all its amenities and the location was absolutely amazing! Clare was so helpful too. A week wasn’t long enough to be honest. Don’t think twice about renting!!

The views were absolutely spectacular! We loved every minute of being in this beautiful home as are eyes were always drawn to the see. We didn’t feel pressure to find things to do as the beach is accessible after a short walk and we loved exploring the tide pools. Wonderful place to spend a week and we hope to again soon.

Shirley's unit is beautiful and perched directly above a river running into the ocean. the view from the hot tub is great. Space was perfect for two families with shared kids room. Worth noting there is a rocky drop off to the river below and out back door so need to have attention with younger kids. if you walk down the street a couple minutes there is a path to beach access. love this stretch of coast and we had everything we needed. thanks Shirley for finding a pack and play for us to use!

Had an amazing stay with our two little kids. The arcade room, hot tub, and easy walk to the beach left us endless entertainment. Groundlings pizza is a definite stop for a family outing. Thanks again! We hope to be back✨️

This place is beautiful. The kitchen had an amazing view. The bathroom in the master was bathroom goals/dreams. Overlooking the ocean. The walk down to the beach is a little steep but doable. Couple hike within a short drive. Overall would book again. Lots of bathrooms and places to sleep.
