The parking permit is available upon request. Second bed for two guests onetime fee is $40. No cleaning fee. No parties. Live like a Georgetown resident! This is entire third floor (NOT entire place) of GT townhouse with bedroom, living room and bathroom. You come to common entrance shared with owners and take stairs to third floor and it is entirely yours. Rooms have locks with keys. The house is located in a quiet part of GT East Village. No bikes!!

BR2: queen bed BR3: twin over full bunkbeds. BA 2 has a shower. I am the owner and live in the basement apartment with my own kitchen, bath & laundry. No spaces need to be shared. You likely won’t see or hear me unless you need something.
