Cute little place just blocks from the beach! Downtown is right around the corner and easily walkable. For folks with mobility issues, be aware that the interior stairs are very steep. We navigated them fine. Also, remember this is a duplex so there might be someone next to you. Our weekend neighbors were pleasant and friendly. Great stay!

We got a combined two floor apartment (end unit so it was very private) with plenty of space for each of my friends to have their own beds. The back porch and patio were very private and had a beautiful view of the backyard. I would highly recommend this listing!

We loved this home. Perfect location lots to do and when you get back you can relax or there's plenty to do at the resort. Spacious lovely grounds friendly people working. We would love to come back

My family and I stayed two nights to go to Busch Gardens and the location was great. Less than 20 minutes from the park. The room was just as described with tons of room. It was exactly what we were looking for. I would recommend for anyone especially families. There was lots for the kids to do on the grounds and we felt very safe there. Christian was a great host very responsive.

Great place to stay for both my family and our extended family that drove in from a different location. The kids (15-9yrs old) loved the layout and declared that the downstairs condo was a kids only zone. The layout was exactly what we were looking for. We would happily come back and stay at this house again. Thanks for a great stay.

This house was perfect for our last minute trip plans , we were only 30 minutes from Virginia Beach which was perfect for my family and I... Would most definitely stay again 😊

This place was home away from home, spotless. I loved the pools and hot tubs the best. We loved sitting outside on the balcony plus cooking our own meals was great for us. Tara’s kitchen was equipped with everything you need to make homemade meals. We absolutely loved this place and will be back again. Thank you Tara we had a wonderful time staying here😇😇😇😇😇😇💕💕💕💕💕💕

Nice place for a family vacation. Close to all the major attractions in the area and only a short drive for additional things to do. As advertised, but be sure to double check if the photos are the unit you will get. This was a 2 bedroom 3 bed with a pull out sofa bed as advertised, but the bedrooms were in the basement. Plenty of on site activities, however the miniature gold could use some updates. Do be careful as this is a time share resort, so they are going to try to sell you one. They offer something free to get you in, park tickets, cash, etc. But you don't have to buy. The unit was clean, the staff was friendly and Tara was great for my first time using Airbnb.

Julenn was an amazing host! From A-Z she was extremely helpful. She sent very clear instructions on everything and left us personalized baskets filled with essentials and little goodies. One of the best experiences I’ve had in an Airbnb. She was also very responsive and had great recommendations for things to do around the area. Definitely going to using her again!

I stayed in Tania’s place for 3 months so I could be in close proximity to my clinical rotation for graduate school. Tania’s place was peaceful, quaint, and clean. Neighbors are very friendly. It’s in walking distance to the outlet mall and in short driving distance from many restaurants, William & Mary campus, and Colonial Williamsburg. I highly recommend for a couple or small family visiting the area. Tania was also was flexible with extensive stay and traveling with a dog!

My family has been on the resort before, so we're no strangers to the location. As always, we had a wonderful time. This was the first time we were able to house the bulk of the family in one location comfortably. Thank you, Christian 😊

The townhome is clean and quiet. The neighborhood is small and quiet. We had two vehicles but didn't have any issues using one of the seven available parking spots in the neighborhood.

The home was easy to find and easily accommodated our family of 6. The downstairs family room and kitchen were a large area perfect for our family gathering. The beds were comfortable and 2.5 baths easily met our needs. It was wonderful to have the washer and dryer, especially after a rainy day at Busch Gardens. The home is located within a a short driving distance from Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg. There are also many restaurants within close proximity to chose from. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home, location is convenient and had many restaurants and coffee shops within a walkable distance. B was responsive to all of our questions. Easy check in/check out. Would highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Debbie's place! We visited Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg, both of which are a short drive away, and enjoyed relaxing in our quiet, spacious condo after a long day. We also appreciated the indoor pool.

Our group of friends were in Cape Charles for a wedding. The house was exactly as described and large enough to accommodate our party of 12. The house was clean and spacious. My only suggestion would be better communication. We contacted Mary about a few issues and which she never responded. Overall it did not impact our stay and I would likely stay again.

The staff at the Hilton was very prompt and friendly when we needed assistance with our unit. Unfortunately the pool was constantly at capacity over the weekend and the coffee shop was unexpectedly closed so that was a bummer. This was a hotel issue, not the hosts fault. The unit worked great for our family and the location was perfect for all the activities we wanted to do.

Amazing stay! Hosts were communicative on expectations and check in/out process. Super close to downtown Hampton with lots to do. Highly recommend!

The grounds were beautiful and it was the perfect location to visit Williamsburg and the nearby winery. The townhouse was perfect for the 4 of us, Plenty of room and nice space to spread out and hang out. We had a great time!

We loved having an adjoining unit for our family, the location was wonderful, close to many different local attractions. There was no pressure to go on the tour. Make sure get a tag for each car that you have to make it really easy to get into the community. Since there's multiple units that have the same number you really need to be specific about what road you're going to inside the complex with the gait attendants. We enjoyed 2 of the pools which were VERY warm. We wanted DVDS from the aquatic center as well. We only had some minor issues in our townhouse which we received quick responses about. We'd be very likely to stay here again when visiting our family.

Super easy checkin process. The place was very clean and close to all the main attractions of Williamsburg. I'd definitely stay here again.
