My family and I loved our stay at this beautiful home. Highly recommended for a peaceful, private get away. Would definitely stay again!!

Beautiful home on a stunning body of water. We were happy as could be even if we never stepped foot into the house, just lounging on the patio-deck looking out onto the water was exactly what we needed. Speaking of the house, every room had a view of the large body of water. That is what drew us to the property and it was better that expected. The home has a very nice layout with a very large functional kitchen that could easily handle more than four people helping out with our meal preps. Super comfy beds for a great nights sleep that could easily sleep a crew of eight. It is nestled in a sleepy little town, no night life here. Which was perfect for a relaxing getaway from the NOVA bumper to bumper chaos.

Absolutely beautiful overlook to the water from the entire rear of the house. Huge deck with plenty of seating and things to do. The inside is very spacious and had plenty of room for our group. We would visit again in the future without hesitation!

This Airbnb was very convenient to Severn Yachting Center. We were able to work on our boat all day and enjoy being in a home at night. The area is beautiful and peaceful. Super safe area that is right on the water! Communication with owner was top notch! Highly recommend staying here!!!

The grounds were really beautiful and well-maintained. Great location and Brooke is fantastic to work with. Great midway point between Busch Gardens as well as Colonial Williamsburg/Merchant Square.

I've stayed here a couple times now. Elizabeth is a great host, and I've really liked Patriot's Place as a base while working in the area. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend staying here. The property is beautiful and peaceful. We came down for williamsburg and busch gardens but there were days my kids did not want to leave the house. Babs is a wonderful host and had great recommendations. All instructions were clear and even if i had questions she responded quickly. The pictures dont do this house justice. It is even more beautiful and interesting in person. You get your own, peaceful space and are still close to so much to do.

It's a modest older but clean house with a fantastic location that you would normally pay 2-3x more for. Being able to sit out on the dock in the morning or look at the stars with the sound of the water was pretty magical. The property was well taken care of and we had everything we needed. Home also had everything we needed to cook our own meals there.

Absolutely loved staying at this adorable cottage! It was a really cozy place to relax when we weren’t working on our boat at nearby Zimmerman’s marine. Especially enjoyed the fun decor and the gorgeous blooming camellia outside the bedroom window. My husband loved the big shower! Wish the weather had been better so we might have been able to use the dock and kayaks. Hosts are super responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay here again!
