Overall was a great stay at a very clean and courteous staff. The hosts were very easy to get in contact with and provided clear concise directions. Even with a late check in , the staff was very helpful and accommodating. Looking forward to next stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. Cynthia (the host) made communication very easy and all aspects were as advertised. The staff at Wyndham were very friendly and check in was a snap. As for the rooms; clean, and quaint with nice kitchen accommodations. Overall excellent stay, would not hesitate to come back.

This was our third stay at Clifton, so we and our 2 dogs obviously like staying there. The location is perfect for getting around Matthews as we continue to explore that part of the region. Very nice stay and we look forward to coming back. Bart and Sharon Cameron November 2024

Great communication. The place was clean and staff friendly. We stayed 3 weeks with no issues. Check out was simple. Would definately rent from Sheryl again.

Beautiful ground floor condo close to everything in Williamsburg. Condo is nicely equipped for a short to medium stay. Bed is comfortable and shower has great water pressure and amenities. Pool is a short walk away, with pool towels provided. Wyndham did call me and ask me to do a timeshare presentation, but they were cordial and didn’t pushed when I declined. I would absolutely stay here again if I’m in the Williamsburg area.

The location was near many amenities, yet far enough from the traffic area to be peaceful. Ryan's place looked like new, was spotlessly clean, and the layout created a larger space than we expected. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the bathrooms did not lack toiletry necessities. The bedrooms were quite soundproof from the rest of the unit, and the king-sized beds, ample pillows, and window coverings provided an ideal atmosphere for sleeping. We were impressed with the comfort at such an excellent price.

Perfect for a couple’s getaway. Cozy and clean. Will be returning for sure. I highly recommend this place.

The place was clean, lovely, and quiet. A 45 min drive to Williamsburg. Lots of natural light. My kids loved the porch-like sunroom (like a screened-in porch but with walls) in the back of the house with the rainbow filtered windows that created little rainbow coloring on the floor when the sunlight shone through. The beds are tall, so we put the dining room chairs around the side of the bed our 3 yr old slept in as a makeshift railing for safety. If you usually sleep with blackout curtains, I recommend bringing a sleepmask as the sunlight pours in in the mornings. The snack basket, card, and coffee were great touches! We also played some of the games there. Would definitely recommend a stay!

My friends and I had a wonderful long weekend at the Deltaville Blue Cottage. The house perfectly showcased the views, fresh breezes, and natural beauty of the area. We were continually saying " the hosts thought of everything!" If you are looking to comfortably relax with friends and family (young and old) this is the place for you! Dieses Haus ist ein Traum! Wunderschön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit tollen Möbeln und Farben. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht und noch mehr. In der Küche waren Kaffee, Tee, Wasser, Öl, Gewürze. Das ist ungewöhnlich. Es gab ausreichend Handtücher (sogar oekotex!). Die Terrasse war wunderbar. Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir sind seit fünf Wochen von Florida in den Norden unterwegs und das war mit Abstand das schönste Haus. Absolute Empfehlung!

Charles place is beautiful and the river view is amazing. Charles was very kind and very responsive. Beds were comfy and kitchen stocked. Plenty of room to be fellowship and have privacy when needed. Decor is nice and makes you feel welcomed & right at home. Charles place is great for a relaxing waterfront stay in VA, can’t wait to return for our next river stay.

We had an amazing stay at Brad’s house! The location was perfect and our families enjoyed sharing the space! Looking forward to our next adventure in Deltaville!

Chip & Courtney are great host that had no trouble communicating with my group & I. They too had a binder/folder with simple and easy house rules along with things to do around the area. The home itself was very spacious, clean and beautiful. We felt right at home. Thanks so much for having us once again 😌

We had a wonderful stay in Cape Charles. We loved being able to just walk out the door and have lots of shops and restaurants just a few steps away. The kitchen was gorgeous and the beds were very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the outdoor deck area. What a great spot to stay in this cute town!

Great place to stay and enjoy the Virginia Beach area! The suite was spotless and very well decorated. Nice outdoor space, and even a balcony to enjoy the sunshine. Loved the quick walk to the beach (She even had some great books available that we took advantage of)!The host was very gracious and kind and our stay was seamless . Just a helpful suggestion: it needed a few more basic items like additional hand towels/kitchen towel ( one was not enough for us three girls), and another accessible mirror for getting ready would be super helpful! Besides that, we all agreed that we would come back for sure! Thank you for a great stay!

The condo was great! It is located in a private and quiet neighborhood. The condo itself was very clean! I appreciated that there was bedding and extra pillows for the pull-out couch. Rodica was very friendly and sent wonderful instructions. I will be visiting again :)
