The cottage was clean and uncluttered. It was very comfortable, from the table to the couch to the beds. It had all the amenities needed for a week-long stay. It was in a safe and friendly gated resort neighborhood. As a group of four adult women, we loved the four bathrooms (3 full, 1 half) and four comfortable beds.

Perfect location. The sunsets were absolutely beautiful. If we weren’t at Busch Garden or Water Town, we enjoyed the pool and did some fishing right from the back yard. We will definitely stay again when we are back in the area.

Dieses Haus ist ein Traum! Wunderschön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit tollen Möbeln und Farben. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht und noch mehr. In der Küche waren Kaffee, Tee, Wasser, Öl, Gewürze. Das ist ungewöhnlich. Es gab ausreichend Handtücher (sogar oekotex!). Die Terrasse war wunderbar. Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir sind seit fünf Wochen von Florida in den Norden unterwegs und das war mit Abstand das schönste Haus. Absolute Empfehlung!

Cannot wait to visit again!! The area was so beautiful, as was the house. There were so many fun things to do in the area. The private beach was perfect and peaceful! Was very sad to leave but excited to come back!

This was our first time staying in an Airbnb. Our experience was absolutely wonderful! The house was like brand new. Beautifully decorated smelling fresh and was spotless! The amenities were unheard of…everything and anything that you would ever need was there. From snacks to extra pillows, extra blankets, sewing kit, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, sewing kit, laundry supplies and the list goes on. The beds were like sleeping on cotton. So comfy!! There were even chocolates waiting on your pillow! Our daughter got married and we wanted to stay somewhere close to the venue which Country Comfort was 5 minutes away. Bonnie was Amazing, Very Accommodating and Very Thoughtful!! She left us snacks and a bottle of wine with a very sweet card congratulating our daughter on her wedding! When we come back to Gloucester to visit with our daughter and need a place to stay, we will definitely try to book Country Comfort again. What a Lovely Special Weekend! Warren & Juanita

Great place to stay! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay, great view and very convenient to everything. Dock was very enjoyable and a boat ramp just a few doors down was very nice. Looking forward to staying here again

We enjoyed the house and the surroundings. We fished on the river. Our grandson also enjoyed the basketball court. Everything was very clean and accessible.

Great hosts and great location. Bryan and Amber were very welcoming. It was easy to get on the highway and get to Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, Yorktown (all between 8-15 mins away) and Newport News. It was perfect to be able to have our dogs with us and to be able to so easily go back and forth between Busch Gardens and home base throughout the day. The back deck was perfect to sit outside and it was very peaceful. Worked well for our family. They provided everything we needed to get started for the week… soaps, paper goods, detergent. Thank you for everything.

Easy week of fishing & crabbing with family! Caught lots of fish off the dock, nothing big enough to keep but still fun. Enough crabs for lunch one day. Even found a beach nearby, Haven Beach, that we visited twice. House was as described & Chris was very responsive! Finally having a grocery store nearby was a bonus.

Great location to take in the sights in the Williamsburg area! We appreciate you sharing your cute and clean home with us. Would definitely recommend to anyone seeking a place to stay when visiting Williamsburg!

I loved how close we were to the water! We enjoyed a leisurely breakfast on the patio overlooking the water. It was nice and close to Historic Yorktown. Beautiful and comfortable place for a large family!
