Katerina was a great host and her place is lovely. Very well appointed, with the kinds of high end finishings you don't normally see in rental properties in this area. Clean, responsive, great experience all around.

Catherine is a wonderful host. She truly went above and beyond to make sure our family stay was comfortable, fun and memorable. She had several gifts for our kids and many many snacks, the kids absolutely LOVED it!! Highly responsive, friendly and provided great recommendations for things to do / where to eat in the area. The house is gorgeous, perfectly clean and equipped with everything a family needs!! Thank you Catherine for a fantastic stay and we can’t wait to visit again soon!

The house was perfect. Clean, neat and comfortable. So beautifully situated at the lake. The outside was wonderful. We enjoyed fishing and kayaking. A great stay!

We had a nice stay at Caryle’s house. It was a nice location to explore Longwood gardens, Wintertur, and Philadelphia. Neighborhood was quiet. The house was nice and clean and we felt right at home. Caryle was very responsive and proactive.

Excellent stay. Easy access to our destinations: Winterthur, Brandywine Museum of Art, and great restaurants for lunches and dinners. Lovely and very clean home, very comfortable. Lovely enclosed sunroom in back of house.

We had a lovely week staying at George's place. The location was convenient for visiting nearby family, as well as attractions such as the Brandywine River Museum and Bombay Hook for birding. We even took the train into Philly one day, and that was easy and fun. The house itself is very clean and comfortable, and well-stocked with the basics. Our bed may have been the most comfortable I've ever experienced as an Air BnB renter! Thanks, George, for sharing your home!

House and property are immaculate. Hosts have done an amazing job bringing this property back to all its glory. House has everything you could ask for and move, would definitely recommend. Can’t wait to return!

Place was exactly as described and looked just like the pictures. Host was very responsive and overall we had a great stay! Definitely will stay here again if we’re ever back in the area.

This was the second time we have stayed at Terri's place which speaks volumes. Once again it was clean and welcoming. Very spacious with ample storage for clothes etc. and a well equipped kitchen. Terri is very responsive to any queries. We will be back again without doubt.

Aviram and partners were great hosts. They worked with me during this very difficult time in my life. Aside from the astronomical pricing (didn’t have a choice, and even after they took an additional $2,000.00 off it was still $12,000.00 or so for my two month stay) everything was great. The yard was perfect for my dogs and the amount of space was more than adequate for me and my daughter. Not child safe but not expected to be. Stays very cold if you do not block the windows in the basement with linens or pillows as the staircase to the basement is open without a door to close. All of this information is strictly for fact based assessment. Like stated before everything was great and they were great hosts.

Kevin‘s place is amazing. Has plenty of space love the fact that he had a TV in every bedroom plus the living room love the fact that he has a gas stove neighbor has not bad compared to what other reviews says. I will say it is a learning curve to shower in the tub if you’re gonna try to shower regular to avoid the water spilling all over the place but other than that, I don’t have a complaint his communication is amazing has faster, reliable Wi-Fi. We were able to set three gaming concerts and then I have an issue. It has close locations to stores Walmart being only seven minutes out. Left the backyard. Plenty of space overall 10 out of 10.

This place was perfect for where we went. Just 4.5 miles away from our daughter. Very nice guy and place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay I live in the area but my family lives in another state, my grandmother and mom came in the spend the weekend and my grandmother can’t get up the stairs at my place. So we were looking for somewhere accommodating near me. This was great Our hosts let us in early There was a very little step going into the home then everything was on one level. There were two bathroom areas And the space was plenty big.

We had a nice stay at the property for a family occasion nearby. We needed a lot of beds for the adult children that joined, which the place provided. The beds were clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room to spread out, lots of TVs and eclectic furnishings. I regret we were not there in the summer season to enjoy the pool and deck area which we imagine are lovely when set up.

Enjoyed our stay! We had 4 adults and 4 kids and everyone had their own space. The kids loved the outdoor amenities of the hammocks, dock, paddle board, and basketball hoop! House is close to a lot of local attractions and was very clean. We would stay here again!
