Built in 1865, the original structure of the house served as the gate house to the Colgate Estate, one of the most beautiful properties in Southwestern Vermont. We are centrally located off of I-87 and are within walking distance to many stores, shopping malls, diners and restaurants. We are about a 10 minute drive to Lake George. There is ample parking for 2 -3 vehicles as well as Wifi and smart TVs. The private backyard is my favorite space!
